I am a first time user of Hill’s and was very impressed with the overall experience. Everyone through the process of the original call to the technician coming out and repairing our furnace and Central air unit was knowledgeable and very professional! We had an appointment window from 12-2. At 12 noon a dispatcher called and said the technician would be there in 30-40 minutes, and he was. The tech discovered the problem very quickly and had the repair completed a short time later. Great service all around at a very reasonable and fare rate. I definitely recommend Hill's and will use them in the future!

Purchased a house with an older heating system. Mark took some extra time explaining the entire system after performing an annual service and was extremely personable. Thanks so much !

HVAC technicians are knowledgeable and efficient, also very polite and courteous. Office staff is the same. Prices are very reasonable. They answer all my questions. Emergency service is fairly prompt.

Called numerous companies on the (so far) coldest day of winter when our furnace was blowing cold air. Hill's tech called 15 minutes after I left a message and was here in 10 minutes after calling. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of Covid19 guidelines. Will definitely be using Hill's going forward and highly recommend their service department.

We had Hills put a furnace and hot water heater in last winter. We were very pleased with their professionalism and service. The service manager Mark is a pleasure to work with and the technicians are kind and skilled in their profession. We would recommend Hills to anyone.

Scheduled our fireplace maintenance within a 2 week period. Scott was our technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again for future needs

Furnace stopped working overnight. Called Hills 1st thing in AM and Hills was very responsive. Gave a 8:30 time and they where rite on time.
Tech was very professional, got me back up and running.
Very fair price. Will use them again for sure!!!

Alex. And Scott were very knowledgeable, I did most of the work on my boiler at Cornerstone church, called up hills to have them take care of the rest and they were wonderful I recommend them to anybody.

My furnace broke a couple of days before Christmas. They showed up the next day. The price was the lowest in the area, by far. The installation happened the next day. It was quick and clean. On Christmas morning a new part that was installed, kept the furnace from working. This was no fault of Hills, just a bad part. They showed up an hour later. Replaced the part for no charge.

Great service, came right on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Got my heat pump/central air working great. Very knowledgable and professional.
