Super friendly and efficient technician (Charles). Ended up spending an extra hour at our place when I mentioned a concern. Never once acted like I was putting him behind schedule, etc. Fixed the problem. All the technicians we’ve had from CB have always been friendly and act like they actually like their job. Charles is one of the best!

Two years ago Crisafulli Bros. installed a new combination boiler and on-demand water heater. About 20 months after installation, while doing a yearly maintenance, the Crisafulli employee discovered that our "new" system was in need of massive repair. The repair person told us this was highly unusual and should be investigated further. To make a long story short, our boiler unit was a "lemon".

The Crisafulli company acknowledged this and made good on their promise of caring for their customers. They agreed to install a completely new unit, rather than do a massive and questionable repair. Because of supply chain issues it took a couple of months for our new boiler to arrive, one from a different manufacturer I might add. Finally, in January our new system was very professionally installed.

When our "problem" was originally discovered and diagnosed I was sure we were in for a tough battle but I was most pleasantly proved wrong. Lemons happen but, the honest and responsible response to them is not always assured. Crisafulli Brothers certainly did right by us.

Pat Moore from the Glens Falls location is the man for the job. Highly professional, high quality craftsmanship and highly knowledgeable. I know for now on if Pat is sent to my complex for any further repairs. I know the job will be done efficiently and in a timely manner. We’re tired of Chuck in a Truck operators who don’t or can’t deliver dependable service. We called Crisafulli to get comprehensive service. They installed two Mitsubishi split units & did a fabulous job running electrical around our Craftsman style house. The guys were super diligent. Same with Duane who serviced our furnace & heating zone valves. We’re going to sign a service contract with them now.

Bobby Newhoff at Crisafulli Brothers diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had our mysterious problem solved in 1 day; wish I called them sooner. Bobby Newhoff is knowledgeable and trustworthy and made me so at ease. Excellent service. Very professional.

Ryan was ultra professional and really knew his stuff. Even though the system was likely 40 plus years old Ryan knew it inside and out. Absolutely pleased with both the service and price charged and will look to use Crisafulli in the future.
