So I called CRISAFULLI BRO. ...EMERGENCY service at 4:48 a.m.. I have no heat. It is -15 outside and 48 inside. I've heard nothing. I called back at 7 a.m.... The answering service told me they sent over my message at 7 a.m. with the other calls. How can you call this EMERGENCY service? I have the Red Carpet SPECIAL program!

Tony is an exceptional HVAC & plumbing specialist. He identified the problem and recommended repairs/replacement in a clear and precise manner.

This was an emergency plumbing leak matter. Tony was able to understand my concerns and observations and clearly add his diagnosis and survey of the broader problems.

We went further than the emergency issue to also replace a pressure pump and fittings, as the existing pump was old and showing serious signs of age and performance.

Tony is a smart, observant, articulate young man and a great asset to your company, I would say.

Many thanks to your prompt response to my call and to solving the basic problem here in an emergency situation.

I called Crisafulli Bros. at 3:00 PM on a Friday for an evaluation, and they arrived first thing Monday morning.

Monday morning, I received a text with a picture and name of the employee arriving. Not one, but two employees arrived early! Both set me up with the sales team for a visit on Thursday. The sales team also arrived early.

Sales gave me three different quotes with prices to choose from. Once I made my selection, an appointment was set for the next Tuesday.

One Tuesday, the plumber arrived and put booties on his feet without me even asking so the floor would stay clean. Working in near silence, too! I received my invoice to sign and it was also sent to my e-mail address minutes later.

Overall I am beyond impressed with Crisafulli Bros.

I am very upset with my latest experience. I explained the services that I needed when I scheduled the appointment. When the service tech arrived, he told me that he does not perform those services and that someone else would need to come out & nevertheless charged me for a visit. Nothing against the service tech, he was courteous & professional, but I feel like I paid money & did not revive what I requested.

Once again, Crisafulli Bros. has done an outstanding job servicing our HVAC equipment. Duane was on-time, professional, informative and efficient. Our sprawling B&B in an old Victorian house in not easy to navigate, but Duane handled it with all the professionalism we've come to expect from this company. Since my mom is 91 years old, I was very appreciative that Ben responded to our service call so quickly on one of the coldest days so far this winter season. He diagnosed the issue, explained everything he was doing and took the time to answer my questions. Ben was polite, professional and very informative. My mom couldn’t be happier that Ben was able to fix her heating problem! We would definitely call on Ben at Crisafulli again. Thank you Ben!!

During the cold snap, our household had a major pipe burst, which caused water to pour from the ceiling all over the Kitchen. I mean, water was coming out of the lights, down the wall, any opening that was there. I called Crisafulli Bros, and they did not disappoint! From the initial call to the service itself, nothing was missed. Mark was the specialist that came over. Not only did he promptly fix the issue, but he was also courteous and knowledgeable. I was absolutely blown away by the service from Crisafulli. They have earned a customer for life!

My heat wasn't working after a weekend away and I called the 24/7 line for crisafulli. Ben was able to come that same night and take a look at my heating system. He took the time to test it multiple times as well as suggest what I can try if it doesn't start on its own. He explained the process of how my unit worked and was extremely helpful. He was very upfront about possible next steps and costs which I appreciated. I highly recommend!

Two things I wish I had known before calling: they ONLY install commercial grade water heaters, which I guess are of better quality, but much more expensive. If you want a residential grade, call someone else. And you need to ask the manufacture date of the water heater being installed. Ours had a 6 year warranty from the manufacture build date. It was built 20 months ago. We discovered after they left that was basically only get 4 years of warranty. I asked for comment on that because it was misleading but no one got back to me; that was very offputting. All that said, they were very responsive and timely, and fixed our issue same day, which was helpful because our water heater died in the middle of winter. But I would absolutely call around next time to ask if residential grades are installed elsewhere and I’d ask to know the manufacture date before agreeing to purchase to make sure you’re not being misled. Had they been open with that part, I'd have been fine.
