Called them first thing on Monday morning and they arrived around 9:30am. They worked quickly and were very kind and easy to work with. Larry and Walter were the ones who came to my house and took care of my slow drain without any hassle. I would definitely recommend.

Larry and Emilio showed up on a Saturday afternoon in a timely manner for a clogged sewer drain. They were friendly, professional, informative, and performed the necessary drain cleaning without any problems. They made welcome recommendations to help prevent future problems. Pros of Anytime Plumbing - They answer the phone and show up to do the work when they say they will.

Cons - Very expensive and the last job they did was not the best work. They replaced my supply line to my septic tank and it is either twisted under ground or the riser access tubes are twisted going to the surface. They replaced the line to remove a low spot that was causing a blockage in the same place repeatedly. After the job was completed there is still a low spot but it is not as bad. After pointing out the twisted pipe they said they would extend the warranty to five years. That sounds great but when I asked for it in writing I was ghosted and never heard back from them.

We had a main line blockage and my plumber recommended Anytime here in Santa Fe. Larry and Emilio arrived, quickly assessed the issue and got to work. Its not always easy and straight forward with these older adobe homes. It took a few different approaches, but they found the block and cleared it in under an hour. We are grateful as we had dinner guests arriving soon after the guys left. They saved the day. Thx!!!

I was so impressed with the expertise of Larry and Emilio! We live an hour from Santa Fe and they arrived with everything they needed to open a very clogged drain. Friendly and wise, they stuck with the problem until they solved it, and came in and out of the house with masks and booties on, always concerned about our well-being. I had my 3rd service experience with Anytime Plumbing this week. All have been excellent. 1st was a midwinter, weekend evening replacement of a thermocouple on the boiler of our heating system. Expensive because of the emergency/after-hours call, but the tech had the correct part on his truck. 2nd was a weekday emergency call to deal with a clogged sewer line under my laundry room that caused a backup of (yuk) more than laundry water. We opted to hydrojet the line to clear it out. Again, the techs were competent and effective. The call this week was more of a preventive maintenance call since we wanted to camera the line to see if any more problems were developing again and decide on future PM. The owner Tim and the office staff (mainly Kim) were very helpful with planning of this call. Technician Anthony, with help from Alex, were great. They arrived within their time window and stayed for a couple hours making sure they had seen as much of the larger drain lines as possible. We do have issues with deep lines below the driveway and elsewhere, so our approach will almost certainly be to have them back annually to hydrojet all the 2 and 3" lines to keep them clear. Also, within a few hours, Anthony had texted me a drawing of the layout of all the major lines on our property to help us with planning for and troubleshooting any future work. We were very satisfied customers all three times Anytime Plumbing techs were here at our home.

We had a water heater emergency at 8:30 at night so we called and in less than an hour, Vincent was at the house and hard at work. Our water heater was a complete loss but not having to worry about pools of water in the garage and house was amazing. Vincent was friendly and hardworking and will be back tomorrow to install a tankless system.
