Joaquin was professional and explained to detail on what was happening. Offered the yearly cleaning for the $ amount and I agreed. He cleaned my unit and made sure it was working good. And they work Saturdays even better.

They arrived on time, which is a rarity for many businesses in el Paso. Each technician was very professional, helpful and had no problem answering questions and explaining what they were doing. They were very thorough and offered the opportunity to repair items that were fine for the moment, but would eventually break. They were very conscientious about their work and did an admirable job of cleaning up afterwards. Definitely will continue on with their HVAC preventive maintenance schedule and will choose them for the replacement of the HVAC units when that comes to pass.

We have always been satisfied and happy with their service but I must say, their technician, Jesus, was very thorough with the diagnostic and explained things to us in which we could understand. Called in the morning and technician (Jesus)was at my house within an hour. Explained what the problem was and went into detail how the system works and what we can do to make it run efficiently. Jesus gave us good advice and he was very professional. Will continue to call them for all my heating and cooling needs. I even joined their yearly maintenance program.
