Charles has the best customer service especially because he fixed my fridge after hours during his family vacation! In todays climate of nobody wanting to work it was an amazing act of good service!! I will always use unlimited plumbing! Thanks Charles!!!

I woke up in the early AM to find my hallway filled with water. My water softener unit burst, and was flooding my home since late in the evening. I shut my water off then and there, called Unlimited that same morning, and they were out there within the hour to assess. They quickly found the culprit, a big crack along my water filter. They were back the next morning with the Replacement part, and were even able to reposition some of my existing utility closet to make everything more serviceable. They even repositioned my pressure gauge to better protect against Pressure spikes in the future. Damn fine work all around, highly recommended. I won’t be messing around with other companies in the future, Unlimited Plumbing will be my first call.

We were in the market for a water softening system for some time and had several companies give us a quote. Installation for our home was more complicated because of the location of the main water shut off valve. Due to several concerns, we contacted Unlimited for a 2nd consult with Tyler. Tyler was a wealth of information and more knowledgeable than all of the other reps we consulted combined! I cannot say enough about the workmanship, professionalism, and integrity that Tyler and Christian displayed, despite working long and arduous days. High quality and dependable employees! We will always request Tyler and Christian for any our plumbing needs.

We reached out to Unlimited Plumbing about getting a tankless hot water heater installed to replace an old tank water heater. The owner, Charles, came out and assessed our needs, spoke to me about our options, and even climbed into our attic to ensure that the existing piping was sufficient. When we received the quote, the price was significantly lower than other quotes we'd received. We were able to schedule the install very quickly due to an opening in their schedule.

For the actual install, Christian and Charles were both efficient and fast. I think it took about 5 hours or so from the time that Christian got there to begin draining the tank to the moment that Charles put the cover on the unit. They were nice, considerate, and everything that I can see looks like they did a great job. Charles also made sure that any questions we had were answered and that we knew we could reach out with any questions.

Overall a great experience and we'll definitely be reaching out to Unlimited plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

We always call Charity with Unlimited Plumbing when a plumber is needed. She is helpful, cheerful, friendly, and responds to calls and emails promptly! Their service is the best in ABQ!

Eli, Eric and Christian were always on time and very professional. They finished the job before the allotted time frame they gave initially, and did excellent work. They had great communication throughout the job and were willing to explain as they went along. So grateful I found them and will definitely be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs.

as the operation of a small water coop we recently had an outdoor break in our system that was beyond our repair capabilities. Unlimited was the only company that could come out on a same day emergency service. Reyes and Christian were great and professional. The job ended up being more in-depth than we previous thought. They were able to make the repairs and get our system back up and running the same day. I would highly recommend them .

Our water main ended up breaking right as the weather began to warm up in Spring of 2021. No other plumber could fit us into the schedule quickly, leaving us without water for several days. I called Unlimited Plumbing and even though they too were fully booked, they understood the gravity of our situation and worked with us to get us help much sooner than others. They booked separate appointments in the small service windows they had available to get our water main fixed, getting water back to our house quickly. The quality of communication we received was unheard of from a contractor: they consistently called us to let us know what was going on, the feasibility and timeline of sending folks out to the house, and what we could expect. I never once had to wonder. All in all, I’m so pleased with their professionalism and respect that they’ve won me as a customer!

- Went above and beyond by helping me make sure all of my other gas appliances were functioning correctly after the gas was turned back on when the job was finished.

Terrible company. I'm in the same fields but was unavailable to help my mom at the time. Unlimited was hired through the roofer she was using at the time, and the owner tried to charge her $600.00 for a 15 minute merc test. Also there were numerous code violations. They left 2 sets of 240 volt live circuits, lating loose on the roof. I almost got a good shock, because surely no professional would that, but I had the good sense to check it before I touched it.
