First Choice Mechanical

Called him a year ago to fix our heater, gave him $250 to tell us it was the motor, that he "fixed it" then left. 30 mins later it stops working again. Fast forward to this weekend, call him again to look at it. Comes over, says he has to go under the house which you can tell he doesn't want to do. Also that he needed to get a heating valve. Don't hear from him for almost 2 days so we contact him to get an update, he said he couldn't find the part. So I guess we're just SOL huh? It snowed last night! And when we informed him that we would be making this review he threatened to call the cops on us because we had marijuana out, I am a legal New Mexico Medical Card holder. How dare you!

Would and will definitely recommend Ken Baca for future services. He and his tech did a great job installing my new Furnace and Water Heater. Easy to communicate with as well.
