I can't even begin to explain how grateful we are to Chad and Lorraine at C&L total service. Our compressor on our ac went out in 90°+ weather. We have small children including a, 5 month old baby. It was sooooo hot. We had called a couple other companies before finding C&L . Those techs were lying, money hungry, incompetant, and, a waste of time. We had just about given up when I found the ad for C&L total service . I called them after normal business hours and without hesitation they were at our house in 30 minutes!!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. In my 36 years I've honestly never experienced this level of amazing customer service . Highly qualified and experienced to get the job done right! They know what they are doing, you don't have to worry at all! They are professional, super nice, caring, understanding, honest, reliable and truly genuinely good people. I highly recommend C& L total service! Don't waste your time on others like we did at first.. You will not be disapointed with C&L!! Thank you so much Chad and Lorraine . We are forever grateful!
