My experience with the office staff and the specialist(s) who serviced my boiler and on demand water heater was top tier.
Initially, Gabe the boiler specialist at Unlimited, came to the house for a “simple” soldering job and service of the boiler and water heater.
What turned out to be a rather complex soldering job was completed and the system was checked for no other leaks. That’s when the real problems began to surface, see the photo below.
The next day, three additional blowouts were found and repaired by Gabe and Jeremy. Jeremy was on hand to provide valuable assistance. And I’m glad he was here, this was turning into a cascade of issues.
It looked bad, but Gabe and Jeremy were able to repair all the blowouts, find and fix the source of the problem, check the system for integrity, and service the boiler/water heater in a rather short time.
These guys are the best! Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly and very affordable.

Do not use. Not trust worthy !!! Asked to come service a 2.5 AC heating unit the on a two story house. No one can find a problem so they started replacing parts. Then after they broke the on off switch for the 220 power and damaged access panels during the process. And expected me to pay for it.
I was forced to climb on the roof and put my old technician skills to work and start a basic service. Instantly I found a loose wire on the heater coil when I tighten it up we can turn the system back on everything worked fine. I feel this is a scam business that thrives on making problems that don’t exist like breaking existing equipment and‘s doing on necessary work. I would never refer this company to anybody! Do not use they will take advantage of the people they have no backgrounds in electronics etc. they are a scammer company. Talk to the manager he said no I can’t reply to give you your money back for the parts that we replaced even though they didn’t have anything to do with fixing the problem. This company is very in confidence in their abilities and like I said taking advantage of anybody that hires them in my opinion!

I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to receive this company's great service as other reviews show. I signed up for an AC check up last fall 2021 and it was canceled bc the technician called in the day of the appt. and he was the only employee trained to do this. Because it was late in the year, we agreed to reschedule for this spring, April, 2022, and again I received a call one day before the appt. that it was being canceled bc the technician was on an extended leave. I was advised by Craig to search for a different contractor which I thought odd but also unprofessional. With such great reviews, you think the company may have a back-up when a technician calls in sick or on an extended leave. This company is a THUMBS DOWN for me.

Eli and Eric are amazing!! We had what we thought was a BIG expensive job and they found the issue and a brilliant way to keep it simple and fixed even better than if we had torn out floors and walls!
We can't thank them enough for their honesty and professionalism. If you want the job done right the first time, definitely call these guys!!
We have some more plumbing issues coming, yay old houses. Eli and Eric are the team that will be taking care of it for sure!! Thanks you guys!!

The other reviews are true. Unlimited Plumbing just installed a new Navien NFB-175 Boiler in my 1940 Old Trading Post /House.
They replaced an old Weil / McClean boiler with something totally new and hopefully , better.
Tyler was the main man who did an amazing job. Because of it's age, there was some funky old wiring. Tyler figured it out.
He is very smart and accessible. The copper piping he did, was a work of art. Tyler enjoys what he does and his work reflects his passion. I will use them again

We are so grateful and blessed. A family member referred us to Unlimited Plumbing, and we were in a bit of an urgent situation. We had a leak in our water meter, and unfortunately it was on our side of the property and not the city side. I spoke with Donna, and she was so kind and genuine. Her customer service is top-notch. She called me back after she found an employee that would be able to come by even though it was a little late in the afternoon. Eli and Eric were so kind to stop by to assess our situation, and Eli promptly decided that we needed to be put first on their schedule for the next morning. Eli was upfront and honest about our leak and piping. He and Eric fixed our problem quickly with much care and attention to details. They showed and explained to me everything they fixed. They even gave me a heads-up about how much more digging they would have to do so that I would not be worried about it. They were mindful of our children and were courteous of our neighbor. They’re pricing is fair, and unlike other larger local companies, they will not gouge you on pricing. I highly suggest giving this company a call!!! They will not disappoint!!! Their owners should be very proud of their employees! Thank-you so much!!!

Eric and Jaime are the most polite people you will ever meet. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They showed up on time. They fixed the issue I was having. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Eric and Jaime. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! We've used them several times in the past, repairing a leak, replacing outside faucets and, as of yesterday, installing a new swamp cooler just in time for the heat wave!. Dylan and Ignacio were great to with, did a professional job and were courteous and friendly. Total recommendation from us! Thank you!

Best experience ever! Our water heater boiler would not ignite and we had no hot water. On Thursday could not find anyone who would come out before Monday. I tried Unlimited Plumbing based on a recommendation - Craig was out within the hour and fixed everything quickly. He know his stuff! I'll never call another plumbing company for service ... that's for sure.

Alan has helped us a few times- always professional, efficient and friendly- Reyes has also come out to help repair plumbing issues. They both came out when we had a water line rupture; at the end of the day during a winter storm- and most recently Alan installed a new toilet for us- he even showed up early and was very efficient! We have had great experiences with Unlimited plumbing and thank especially Alan and Reyes!
