TruFlo was called in to estimate repair at our offices for NMIADA at 2202 Menaul Blvd on a frozen A/C unit. They bid $2,600 (including $1,968 to refill all the freon -- $131 per pound!) The technician claimed it would take time to find the leak, etc. Owners refused to call me back. Ultimately, we had Williams Mechanical out to have a look. Their tech showed that the leak was obvious from taking off the panel, and repaired the unit in minutes for $450, including needed freon. What a ripoff!

Mike was wonderful! I didn’t quite understand it all but I got my dad on the phone (a retired HVAC guy, and hell yes I called him!) and he verified I wasn’t being swindled *whew* for repairs or price 😊😊

True flow is amazing, after my ac broke I called about 10 different hvac companies and Trueflo was the only company that came out on day of call. Mike was great and got me and my family feeling fresh again.

We called TruFlo Air when our furnace quit putting out warming air. They were extremely communicative, quick to respond and set up an appointment, and always arrived on or before the scheduled time.
The technician (David) who came to diagnose the problem was methodical and thorough in his approach and identified the problem but also indicated that other things could be wrong. He checked motor amperage and concluded that the motor was well on in its lifetime. That coupled with the fact that this was a 17 year old furnace convinced us to replace rather than repair the unit. We also needed ductwork redone since the original ductwork was not effective in heating several areas of the home.
Truflo Air was able to schedule our job the following week which was a big relief since it was already getting cold. They arrived on time and Tony made sure the job was done well. The heating works much, much better now and delivers heat uniformly throughout the house.
We are very happy with the work ethic, professionalism, and final result of their work and recommend them without hesitation!

The TruFlo Air maintenance rep arrive on time to trouble shoot our Daikin Heat Pump unit that was installed by another company in 2018. We purchased the house 1 year ago and found the heat pump unit never put our warn air. Rather it put our air cooler than the ambient air in our home that we wanted to heat. The TruAir maintenance rep inspected the system and found the original installers made an electrical error in wiring the heat pump when it was installed which resulted in the heat pump coils not being turn on when the thermostat triggered the unit for heat. Therefore fan would blow cold air through the dicts that was cooler that the air temperature in the house. Now we get heated air. . I am surprised the the previous owners of our home, who purchased the heat pump system never addressed this problem. Thank you, TruFlo Air.

I highly recommend TruFlo Air for your HVAC needs. We wanted to improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling, and we were looking to go all-electric. TruFlo Air recommended the Daikin FIT air-source heat pump. The system is incredibly quiet, user-friendly, and the upcoming summer and winter will give us our first heavy-duty test for air-source heat pumps in Albuquerque.

The entire team was great, and in particular RJ and Tony were incredible and an absolute pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions, and the install was terrific and smooth.
