My pilot light went out on a monday, I called on monday night expecting a two-week wait list but they were able to see me the next day. The price was very reasonable and the level of work was excellent. The technician (tony k) that came out was very friendly, he explained everything, knew his job inside and out. I've used other companies for this same thing before, and I have a feeling that I won't have this problem again because the technician solved the issue. I will definitely be using this company from here on out. It's hard to find good honest people in this world, so it was refreshing to have my faith in humanity restored. 10/10 would recommend Tru Flo Air for your heating and air conditioning needs.

David was fantastic! On time, sent photo prior to arrival, wore shoe covers inside, made every effort to educate us as well as doing the service, and he loves dogs! I definitely recommend this company - TruFlo.

I contacted TruFlo Air for an AC installation quote on a new unit and starting with the online chat, everyone was very kind and professional. I ended up purchasing a new unit for my house through them. They took care of everything in the most professional and timely manner. Gabe was the Project Manager for us, and he was GREAT. He was very informative and helpful in picking out the proper system for my house.
The installer was very friendly, professional, and clean. They showed up early and did all the work in just a few days and our ac unit started running beautifully. Their quality and level of professionalism is Second to none and it comes from all of the employees that I interacted with.

Great service. I received a text letting me know David was on his way. He was professional, friendly and informative with everything he did to repair my A/C and how to keep my system running at peak performance.

Joe did the estimate and consultation. Julio, Darius, and Caleb installed my refrigerated air. They were all fast very fast efficient and professional. Overall a good experience and the A/C works great!
