Great experience with this company. The communicated an issue with my appointment and we scheduled around the issue and got the job done. Tech was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will use them again next time I need a plumber or AC repair.

Wow! What can I say, Day and Night Plumbing is great! Today as I walked out my front door at 11:00 am to walk the dog, to my left I hear water spraying from my outside faucet, but very little water outside. I called these guys and Ray comes to help. Of course the freeze didn’t help and he fixed the leak in no time. I like asking lots of questions, and Ray was great explaining everything. This company is down to earth and gives great service. And great working with my budget. AWESOME JOB! Thank you Ray and thank you to Day and Night Plumbing that came to my rescue.

I initially worked with Preston to install an RO system and while he was here our a/c went out. He checked it out on the spot and then he and Kurston went out of their way to get us a new a/c and worked after hours to get it installed after several days of 100 degree weather. Very fair, thoughtful and kind. Such a great experience working with them when usually plumbing/ac stuff is such a headache. Highly recommend them.

EDIT I changed my rating from **Great service, reasonable rates. I will call again! ** because: They did a good job with my swamp cooler switch but a couple of weeks later, it stopped cooling. My friend's husband came to look at it and the pads were packed with buildup, so he changed them for new ones and it worked for the rest of the season. Not sure why that wasn't suggested.

Discussed another job with Mike while they were there. My new washer makes a loud knocking as the water turns on and off, AKA water hammer. He told me it was a simple fix for about $70 plus the service call, but he didn't have the parts or time and to call to make another appointment. I made the appointment. he came and cut a hole in my wall and made a lot of noise that sounded like repair, but when he was done there was nothing installed. He told me the pipes are good quality so he just fastened the pipes to the frame inside the house. I asked him why the arrestor wasn't installed, he said it "wouldn't help",. But he did not have that conversation with me on the first visit, nor before he started this one. I called them back a few weeks later and asked the owner if he could find out why the arrestor wouldn't work, he said his employees had been in an accident that day and he would call back. But he never did. I still don't understand why the part wasn't installed and if there was a possibility it wouldn't be installed, why wasn't it discussed with me? Now I have a hole cut in my wall and the washer still makes the same noise. I also called them re a sound from my water cooler a few weeks back and never got a call back.

I think these guys are an honest, decent bunch but the communication left something to be desired and not replacing the cooler pads was just a big miss. Swamp cooler 101. If I hadn't had someone to replace them for free, I would have been out another $100 to pay someone. I will not be calling them for my changeover this Fall because of these communication issues.

I have used Day-and-Night plumbing for over 4 years now for all of my plumbing and heating needs. I cannot begin to express what a wonderful job they have done on each and every time that I have called. They always arrive on tine, get the job done quickly and leave everything as neat as they found it. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the guys that come out to do the job couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend Day-and-Night plumbing for any of your plumbing, heating or AC needs.Most recently they installed a pressure regulating valve because our water pressure was too high. It needed to be installed out by the city water meter to our house. Not only was the line deep but it was tied into our sprinkler system making it more complicated. The job turned out great we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Day and Night.

Shane was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a problem with our disposal. Shane knew exactly what it was and fixed it in minutes. Shane also worked on a upstairs camode awhile back and took care of it and no problems since..

These guys! We had a major job that we were completely freaked out about; we needed a trench dug inside the house. It meant going through three rooms and about 35 feet of tile and cement to replace an old iron pipe. Shane came out with his camera same day and got us a quote; he even helped us with the insurance. The mess was totally minimal and everything was taken care of in three days; Mike and his guys were awesome. It was almost like it didn’t even happen. We’re impressed and totally using Day and Night for all our future plumping needs.

Marcos came out to replace two leaky hose faucets, and recommended replacing a third due to its age. He was incredibly responsive to our questions and took the time to set us up with supplies for our water softener which we had not been using. I would HIGHLY recommend Day & Night Plumbing for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

This time, my heater blew cold. Antonio and apprentice responded immediately, inspected, analyzed problem, repaired, explained! They're incredible! I'm appreciative! Today, quick repair, explanation! So happy with this company and their service!!
