Great experience with Day and Night Plumbing, easy to book the service and the agent was very professional to explain all the price and time options. The service tech arrive on time and he did a great job! Find the problem in a very short time (capacitor on the outside fan unit) and fix the issue quickly. At the end he explained all the job performed, which was the issue and they send me the email with all the picture and the receipts online. The price is affordable compare to other similar business. Thank you very much and I will call you again!

I would highly recommend Day & night plumbing. Marcos Mendoza, and his crew, came and evaluated the problems I was having with my sewer pipes, and they found that the sewer pipes were very old and crumbling. They replaced the sewer pipes, and now they work great. A small water leak was also found in the yard sprinkler pipe. They fixed that as well. None of the work was done until it was explained to me, and how much it would cost. Marcos was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I felt that they really cared for me as a customer, and wanted to do a good job for me. Which they did.

Day & Night plumbing helped us out when our water heater unexpectedly went out and we're able to come in right away to replace it for us. Our techs Brent and Israel were great guys and did an excellent job. I'll certainly be using Day & Night again in the future!

Simple switch from furnace to swamp cooler. Two techs were dispatched -one was an apprentice in training. The company sent text messages with names of each tech & ETA. They were both great guys to welcome in my home & took time to be thorough. The initial charge was much more than expected, but their customer service gal caught an error in billing & rectified it the next day. She was terrific at addressing my concerns & explaining the merger of companies (vans had Duke City signage). She also offered me a yearly membership that covers summer + winter transitions + priority service + discounts on other plumbing services for $250/yr. This is a good deal (apparently rates increased 25% since last winter!). So now I'm paid till next spring & only need to make an appt when winter hits...no wait list! I think these are good folks who gave me the sense that they are reliable & want to earn repeat customers.

I am a Realtor and use Day & Night Plumbing regularly. Pepe came out today to bring my seller's water heater up to code and he was Amazing! He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently to accomplish the task, reviewed the work with me upon completion and was smiling the entire time. And the charges were very reasonable! The office staff and owners are always helpful and schedule my jobs in as quickly as needed.

Bobby arrived promptly to install a water softener and an outside faucet. We had excellent communication prior to his arrival. His work was super clean and professional, and it shows that he takes pride in his work. We are very grateful to have found a plumber that we feel we can trust especially since we have been burned in the past! We are super happy overall with our services!

Derek and Saul were both great. We will definitely continue to use them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and friendly, Donovan performed the troubleshooting process efficiently and knew exactly where to look to repair our water well pump control system. He did not mind me hanging over his shoulder and answered all questions about the issue. The perfect technician for the inquisitive homeowner! Oh, and a 1 hr response time on a Saturday morning? Unheard of! Thanks again guys!

But wait...there's more! When it comes to electrical issues, true to form, when you fix one, another 1 pops up:
4:30 on a Saturday afternoon when it happened and donovan came back within 30 minutes! Found the problem and solved it and now we have water through the weekend! Now that is some service!

Called for a gas fireplace inspection. They got me in the very next day and Jonathan was on time and very polite and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and even helped me light the furnace pilot light on top of working on the gas fireplace. Will definitely use again!
