Jonathan Ipiotis did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent.

We had an older A/C compressor give out. Called around the city and most companies weren't able to schedule for even just the initial diagnostic for over a week out. These guys were available within a couple days and the AC was able to be installed just a week later. This is a busy season for HVAC peeps, I get it. Staffing shortages doesn't help. But man... It's HOT. We need AC or else it becomes a health concern very quickly.
Literally everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. On time, great communication, respectful of our property. They were in good spirits, laughed with us, and totally got the job DONE. 100% recommend and will be using them in the future for any other needs we have.

I could write a small article on how much trouble we've had with our gas fireplace and the companies and techs that have come to "fix" it but I will keep it short. Preston from Day and Night Plumbing was fast, honest and on time. As a homeowner, it's very difficult to find people/companies that do good work. This company has always sorted us out fairly and quickly. I can't thank them enough but they certainly deserve a stellar review and a high recommendation. Stop looking right now and pick up the phone. Trust me, I get one day off a week. I can't afford to mess around with sub par companies that don't show up on time and say "it's broken, going to need a new one" when all you may need is a 9-volt battery. Thanks Preston.

I had a sink install that included a garbage disposal I provided. The sink was a large barn type sink. The thickness of the sink did not allow for the use of the disposal mounting hardware. Preston, the technician quickly took action and found the only hardware in town that would work. He quickly installed all parts. The end product was an effective use of space under the sink and a very satisfied customer.

Jose with Day & Night was extremely professional and efficient, he got my AC back up and running all in the same day. He also helped me understand what had gone wrong and how he was going about diagnosing the issue which I really appreciated. Professional service with a smile. Thank you! I will sleep easy tonight and use Day & Night the next time I need any plumbing or HVAC services.

After a no show from the plumber who was supposed to arrive, I called Day n Night and they were able to send someone the next day. We had a kitchen faucet installed as well as a leak repaired in the bathroom. Mike took care of this.
We did have a call back 3 weeks later with a drip under the kitchen sink. Luis came out and was able to quickly remedy the issue. He was also kind enough to to help diagnose an improperly installed shower head and took care of that as well. It was nice to feel heard with your questions and not feel like someone was rushing to get the job done. Luis was pleasant, used Covid protocols and even removed his shoes. We won't hesitate to call for anything further and would highly recommend this company.

I usually don't write reviews but felt that I had to with my recent experience with Day and Night Plumbing. My daughter needed to replace her kitchen sink due to a crack in her existing sink. I called D/N plumbing and they were able to schedule a tech to do the replacement (customer provided sink). Let's just say the installation was less than good. After the tech left, the sink started leaking due to the connections used in the install.
Jump ahead one day. I called and spoke with Michelle and explained the situatio. She was very apologetic and assured me that a different tech would be back to fix the problem. Mike and Cody arrived and took care of the problem. They were very professional and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. What could have turned out to be a very serious problem was handled without question and now the sink works and looks great. My hat off to Mike, Michelle, Cody and D/N Plumbing. After my initial impression, I have to say that I would definitely be calling them for any future plumbing work.

*****Update to previous post:
Not long after I posted this review the sink started backing up into the dishwasher with dirty water. I called D/N and explained the problem. They said that they could come by and for an additional cost "fix" the problem. I called another plumbing company and scheduled an appointment to have them look at the sink. I'm happy to say that Central Plumbing came right out and actually fixed the problem and it only took 30 minutes. Mark was professional, and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Even though this is a review for D/N plumbing, I want to give a shot out to Central Plumbing LLC and to Mark in particular for the great response and professional attitude. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I will definitely call on Central Plumbing LLC

I spent several weeks getting estimates and talking to plumbers. The estimates were as high as $1,600.00 to install a shutoff valve and a frost proof faucet in an exposed block wall. Most wanted to convert to PEC instead of simply using copper on the copper pipe. Preston listened to what I wanted and did just that. They were less than a 1/3 of the highest estimate and about 1/2 of the next closest.
Do yourself a favor and just call these guys, I wasted several weeks and hours on the phone until I talked to them.

Great company and service! Mike and Luis found a leak coming from upstairs tub and did the necessary repairs. It was a pleasure to do business with both men who were courteous and congenial and did a great job at the clean up. Will definitely do business with them again.

I had a $22,000 mini split installed a year ago. It has been nothing but a headache. Leaking through my roof, the heads don’t cool and they leak water. The condensers are loud and were never leveled. There are bubbles in the lines and the list goes on. They do as little as possible to repair things and when I called to have them come out today I was refused service because it’s been a year and they won’t work on my system. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On the install they promised to remove the old furnace and they back peddled on that too. They take your money and run!
