Day & Night Plumbing

These guys are fantastic. Called for emergency service late on a Wed afternoon. Only company out of 9 contacted that would see me before 48 hours -- 2 days! They would have come that night charging an after hours fee, but they were also available at 7 the next morning for normal rates ($95/hr -- smack dab in the middle of high and low for 8 other plumbers I called). I chose the next morning. Immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment. Received a text the next morning when Mike and Kyle were on the way. They explained their plan, answered my questions as I watched them work, and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. They were both very pleasant and professional. Top notch customer service and plumbing expertise. Based on my experience with Mike and Kyle, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems or HVAC work.

This was the service to start up the swamp cooler and shut down the heating. Excellent service

I cannot say enough good things about everyone I’ve dealt with that this company. I had a disaster day and Mike and Kyle were exceptional both for the repair and also for the insulation install. Most recently I met Antonio, quick, efficient, and very personable. Another person who is fantastic at this company is Shawnase, she’s always patient and wonderful to talk to even when I’ve called a dozen times. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommend them and thank you so much for all the help.

Preston did an awesome job today, as usual. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and gets the job done. Today he replaced a toilet, fixed a leaky kitchen faucet. And removed a dryer. I whole heartedly recommend Day and Night Plumbing.

We've been using Day & Night for a while now. After our whole house replumb we were sold! Clean, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and eager to educate. We've used them for various plumbing and heating issues and have recommended them to friends and family. They have not disappointed! Pepe and Israel were great! Very professional and helpful.

I called to make an appointment, and the young lady said she would need to call me back. She called me, she was very pleasant and she said she spoke to what I assumed was the owner, and then said she was going to have to call me back to make an appointment because she needed to check the schedule. And here we are, almost a week later, and she has not called me back.

Which is very sad, because the person that recommended them, raved about their business.

I guess they don't want or need my business.

The gentlemen did a wonderful job replacing my dryer vent ducting inside my house. They were very professional and I highly recommend them. I will be using their services again.

From the first call I made to the last call from Mr. Alderete letting me know when he would arrive, a sad experience was made better by the two employees I talked to. Mr. Alderete was exactly on time, very courteous and helpful. I will call this company when I need help with plumbing needs.
