Mark really came through for my wife and I (after hours) when our heater broke during the coldest week of the year thus far. And he was able to troubleshoot any other problems that came along the way in the installation of another heater because of my old house. My AC stopped working in the middle of the day and I called any place I could find on Google, everyone told me they could see me the next day but I have 2 kids under 2 years old so that wasn’t going to work. I called Mark and he said he would be over within the hour. He diagnosed the issue, left to get the part and had it all done by dinner time. Guys did a phenomenal job with AC/Heater replacement. Originally got a quote from Horizon for an oversized system, crazy price.
So happy I shopped around and found Best Heating and Air.
Marc was very patient, responsive. Gave honest and reasonable price. Was nice enough to fill old, leaking system with freon for FREE while we were waiting for the new system to be delivered. (House would get super hot, it was insane since we have small children).
Did an awesome job. Very clean work. Passed inspection without skipping a beat.
Highly recommend.
Please don’t spend your money with overpriced companies where 40% of the price is pure marketing cost.
