I woke up New Years Eve , morning to my heater not running. My 89 year old mother lives with me and I can't not have heat,. I called Marc at Best heating and air and he was at my house in about 1 1/2 hours. He found the problem quickly and even had the part on his truck to do the repair. After having a bad experience with horizon; I decided to call Mcbestheatingandair. Marc was very knowledgeable and informed me of a possible extended warranty after researching this I was able to find that the AC system did have an extended warranty. Marc is honest, fair priced, and genuinely wants to help his customers.

The heat stopped working in late February and refused to startup despite my creative peppering of four lettered encouragement. MC Best responded immediately in the late afternoon and was able to stop by that evening to diagnose the problem. After the supply house was open in the AM, the contractor promptly remedied the problem. Mark was polite and knowledgeable. His performance was diligent and effective. I recommend him without qualification.
