Had two 3 ton heat pumps and new furnaces installed. They made it so easy from the quote to, signing contract and work. Was here within a week installing carrier system. The two techs Sam and Brian were very knowledgeable, neat and courteous. BC express is a Home Run, you can't go wrong.

I called when our heater stopped working during the night when it was 21 degrees out and dropping. I asked if they had 24 hour service. I was told there would be a service tech that would call me soon. Never got a phone call. Mind you I have an ill family member in the home on oxygen. I was surprised since they had been pretty good before. But never, really needed an emergent call. I called another company. I got a 7 hour response at least but they at least let me know right away what time they could get here.

Lyle and Brett did an AMAZING job installing our ductless heat and A/C system. They were polite, professional, punctual, and worked every minute every day they were here. Being in a trade like this is not for everyone. These gentlemen worked in the blazing heat, no complaints, no disruptions. I HIGHLY recommend BC Express. Hopefully this 5 star rating comforts other who may read negative reviews. Things happen, it’ll get resolved. You won’t be disappointed with Brett and Lyle working for BC Express. This job was worth every extra penny.

When I bought my home, I hired them to replace the old heat/AC systems. This included insulating the attic. They did a good job and continue to service the equipment twice a year to make sure it stays in good shape. I have no complaints.

We have always used BC Express to service our furnace, AC, hot water heater… They are always reliable, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Their prices are reasonable and they are always on time…

Savas was great! Very professional, explained everything he was going to do. He found a small leak in the compressor line. As he could not fix it today due to his schedule, he immediately made an appointment for it to be repaired, and added some refrigerant. Very happy with his visit.

Had Brian and Sam come out to install a Carrier mini-split unit. Great experience start to finish. Showed up on time, took the time to review with me some details of the work before starting and got the job done cleanly and efficiently. Had a minor issue with the remote that came with the unit (not a fault of BC) and they came back the next day with a new remote which solved the problem and rechecked all functionality of the unit again before leaving. Earned a future customer.

We love having chosen BC Express for our maintenance and repairs because they always perform a thorough and excellent job what ever they do.Savath has been our service and repair man and is such a polite and pleasant man to talk to. BC Express replaced our 21-year-old HVAC system (natural gas furnace, compressor, coils, fan) through the NEIF Residential Efficiency Program. From the initial estimate (Joe) to the installers (Brian and Sam) all went smoothly, even after a long delay on our part. After our initial NEIF application, the wonderful office staff took care of all of the remaining paperwork. On installation day, Brian and Sam were on-time, professional, completed the job timely and stayed until all of our questions were answered. Nine days have passed since then and the system has been running well, using both heating and cooling without issue. I am confident in recommending BC Express.

BC Xpress did a great job with the installation very fast very efficient very clean. And I have maintain maintenance with them since my purchase and have been very very happy. System works great and the staff at BC Xpress are great.
