Savas and Alex came to our home recently. The bad news we need a new A/C. The good news 7 years zero financing. Everyone at BC is very knowledgeable. I feel we got a good price and thank them all for taking the time to explain our options. Thanks to Doug for his patience in explaining how the system works.

BC Express is the best. From Doug to the installers to the girls in the office. They did a fantastic job. They respond instantly to any questions. They left my home immaculate. My electric bill on an all electric home averages $110.00 keeping the thermostat at 75 and my home reads 72. The best thing I ever did. Thank you for the great help you gave me.

Our A/C stopped working over the weekend, and we had contacted several HVAC companies to fix it that weekend because our grandparents are on oxygen. All the other companies said the earliest they could come out to diagnose the issue was Monday, unless we paid an exorbitant fee. We were desperate for a solution, so we kept trying, and ended up landing at BC express because of their compassion to our situation. Jimmy, their general manager, said that he would get a service tech to our house that same day to get it working, and promised to get us cool air before the end of the day, even if he had to show up himself with a window unit that night. Sure enough, someone came out later in the day, and replaced something in our unit and got it working within an hour of arrival. I would recommend BC express to anyone looking for a repair or anything to do with what they do, and will be using them exclusively from now on. Thank you Jimmy and thank you to the service tech that came out that day, you guys don’t know how much that meant to us.

BC Express was great in helping with the NJ Natural Gas rebate and loan program. After we were approved for the program and scheduled the install, we had a water leak in our kitchen. That could have derailed everything but BC Express was so understanding and flexible that they helped us work through the challenges. We are very happy with their service and the system they installed.

Brian was here at the end of his long day yesterday and saved me!!! He was so respectful, kind and knowledgeable!!! He walked me each step through the repair. Explaining what needed to be replace and why. He was exceptional!!!! DON'T lose him!!!!! Thank You!!!!

I called BC Express today,it was 85 degrees in my 86 year old, disabled Mom's house. The tech, was there within a few hours. The nicest man and also was a Marine like my Dad was. I thanked him for his service and also for fixing the a.c. I will highly recommend BC Express.

I knew I had to upgrade my heat, air and hot water heater. I found BC Express through NJNG website. Absolute BEST phone call I ever made. From meeting Douglas to discuss our options to upgrade our entire system, Donna and Jimmy to get us scheduled, and Joe and Alex to complete the work. Everyone was exceptional. Our work was completed in two and a half days which was amazing with two furnaces and condensers! Work was completed neatly and Joe even took the time to answer all of our questions through the process! I highly recommend BC Express for any HVAC needs!!!!
