Have been dealing with Perfect Air for over 10 years. Hector and his team are excellent. Courteous and prompt. And also nice when the representative that comes out is the same guy that has been servicing my heating/air conditioning and my families unit for many years. Hector and his team are top notch! Response time to customer is very quick. Hector was out in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue himself. Treat you with respect and explain in detail your options. Hector takes great pride in his business and you can tell by his work and his staff.

Perfect Air is awesome! Hector and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. Whenever I've had an issue, I get a callback immediately. I have never had to wait more than a day for installations/repairs/questions. Hector is even able to diagnose a problem via phone call. Everyone who works at Perfect Air is professional and gets the job done efficiently. Luke even offers to clean up after his visits. I don't even have to keep track of my "tune ups", as Chris calls/texts me to remind me when it's time. My AC stopped running this Saturday when it was extremely hot. I had it covered by another agency but they did not help. I was looking for local contractor then found this contact in a magazine. I called them and was assured it will be done by Sunday morning. Good that i had a cooler to use on Saturday night. Hector came as promised and fixed it. My AC is running again from Sunday noon. Thanks a lot for helping us when it was really needed. I also got the by yearly maintenance covered by Perfect air. Hector is very efficient and resolved the issue quickly with accuracy.

Perfect Air has been servicing our heating and air conditioning since we moved in to our house 14 years ago. They are super knowledgable and they always take time to explain how the system works. They're very, dependable and Hector and all of his guys are great guys who I trust completely to come in and out of my house when no one is home. Recently they installed a new water heater. They were fast, clean, and left plenty of instructions so we know exactly what we're getting. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is my first summer as a homeowner so I am inexperienced with AC/furnace maintenance. I had an issue so I called Perfect Air at 5pm and they were at my house by 9pm, saying they work through the night!

Long story short, they had to order parts to complete my repair because my unit is slightly complex and it was still totally fixed within 24 hours. The Perfect Air employees also took the time to teach me about the whole system, how to perform my own maintenance, and even troubleshoot problems that may require only a simple solution.

This company cares a lot about their craft and customers, and I will use them every single time I have an issue with one of my systems!

We became acquainted with PerfectAir by way of a neighbor’s recommendation this summer. It has proven to be one of the best recommendations we have ever received. After meeting with Hector and evaluating our AC situation we contracted with him and quickly had our AC replaced. Hector is very knowledgeable, amiable and explained the various options open to us.
