Hector showed up at 8:30 on a Sunday morning (as scheduled) to fix our failing air conditioning. He was friendly, efficient and very interested in making sure I understood our options for managing our A/C situation. I really felt he had our best interests in mind! We’re so glad he came on a weekend ahead of the the next heatwave!

After my first phone call with Hector he became my only air conditioner guy that I trust. I called about three other top ac company’s before I found Hector at perfect air. The first question he asked was what sort of problem am I experiencing with the air conditioner. I explained to him what the problem was and he told me over the phone what the possibility of the problem could be and how To fix it myself and he was correct. He is a real pro and a honest guy. The other companies wanted all my information before they even gave me any times when they can come and they all wound up changing their appointments to a time there was no good

My regular AC guy was not getting back to me so I called Perfect Air. Hector picked up himself on the second ring and even though it was a Saturday he said he would do his best to help me out. As is the norm there was a diagnostic fee. With it being an older unit I was expecting the worst. Hector took about five minutes to find that the fan needed lubrication. He only charged me the very reasonable diagnostic fee and told me I was all set. I now have a new AC guy and will recommend him to everyone.

Hector and his assistant arrived within 3 hours of my early morning call. They were polite and put on shoe coverings. Hector listened to my description of the problem. He also answered all of my questions as he worked to find the issue. There was a faulty part. Hector had the part available in his truck. He replaced it and provided me with the broken part (so I know he replaced it!). I was very pleased with the service. They were polite, timely, knowledgeable and my heater works now.

We have been customers of Perfect Air since it first started and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a company that’s more customer focused. Hector and Luke always do what’s best for the customer regardless of the time of day or weather conditions. I have frequently recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Perfect Air is amazing! They respond immediately and diagnose and fix the problem quickly. My hot water heater stopped working and they came within 30 minutes. Their memberships are very reasonable and they pride themselves on great customer service. They are always my first call. They also take their time to teach you about your system and how to get he most from it. Always so grateful for their help.

I contacted perfect air on a Friday night prior to leaving for a trip. My AC wasn’t working on one side of the house and I was concerned with the kids being left home. Hector came out an hour later!! He was thorough and professional and explained much more than I expected. Turns out our system was working, not properly, but he explained why and it was an easy remedy. I will definitely call them for future services!

Hector was very flexible with his schedule though the weather was not cooperative with the many thunderstorms and rain. He was able to solve our central air issue quickly. My fear was that I would have to order a part or entire system do due old system but this company had a comparable part and had my system up s running. My very young kids was very appreciative of their cool home when they walked in from school. Thank you so much for your service and answering my questions!!

Hector did a great job of explaining our options. We needed a new air conditioner, heater, humidifier and hot water heater. His guys came on time and worked for 13 hours. They were respectful, knowledgable, and hard workers. They put down protective mats on the floor and cleaned up when they were done. After a long day they had the patience to show my wife and I how to use the controls and setup the Apps on our phone. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Perfect Air for many years and highly recommend them. They installed our heater and air conditioner many years ago and we've never had an issue with it. We also have a maintenance plan where they come out regularly to check the system and perform a tune up if needed. We are very happy with their service!
