    I was referred to Blue Ridge HVAC as a warranty provider for my water heater. I had no hot water and assumed the heater was the problem. I called for service at 9:30 am and had a service person (Jeremy) at my home by 1:00 pm. The problem turned out to be an electrical switch not the heater itself. He was able to replace the switch and totally repair the problem within an hour.
    I was informed of the costs in advanced. Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He explained the problem and the solution before proceeding with the work.
    I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Ridge HVAC. My hot water was back to normal within hours of my first call.

    We recently moved to the area and called BlueRidge to have our HVAC system serviced for the winter. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician Louie was fantastic. He explained everything to us in detail as we had never had this type of system before. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.     I called Blue Ridge first thing this morning because my HWBB heating system was struggling to maintain set point temperature. It was a very cold (8 degrees) outside and only in the low 60's in the house. The tech arrived around noon and within minutes he adjusted the boiler temp up from 180F to 195F. Hopefully that will enable it to keep up with heat demand The forecast is for continued frigid cold for the next 10 days so we will soon find out. Good prompt & courteous service as always.

    We called Jennifer and told her we were having issues with our downstairs central air conditioning unit. She asked us a few questions to see if it was maybe a simple fix to save us on the service charge. Unfortunately the unit needed to be serviced. They called me later that afternoon and scheduled me for the first appointment the next morning. The service tech they sent was Louie he arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Checked out the unit said it probably had a small leak and needed some freon. He said he could check for the leak put dye in the system and try and find it. I asked him what he would do. He said if it was his house he would just put freon in and be done with it. So that's what we did. The unit is running perfectly now. I can't say enough about this company. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They are now my go to company when it comes to all things HVAC. Five stars all day long.

    We just had a complete heating and cooling system installed along with a "whole house" humidifier. Right from the start everything was explained to us. This included price, available financing, exactly what was going to be done, and how long it would take. There were no maybe's or if's.
    The job went just as planned. The installation crew, Mike and Antonio, was on time every day (it took 2 1/2 days). they were polite and cleaned up everything including a little dust that came from the installation of a new thermostat. This type of workmanship is very hard to find in today's market.
    As you can see we are very pleased with everything Blue Ridge did.
    They promised and they delivered completely. Thank You

    Recently I had blue ridge come over to clean and add a trap to my a/c system . Cecil was the tech and first impression was very good
    He introduced himself and proceeded to put on the shoe booties ,We spoke of my concerns and he knew already knew of my problem from speaking to the pleasant Donna in the office.
    .I was in the HVAC business for 40 years and was hoping I picked the right company for my HVAC needs. Well I can say with out a doubt I did.
    Cecil explained in detail what he was going to do and we both agreed on that solution .He went into the attic and took a list of the items required for the task and proceeded to complete the job within 1/2 hr. We then spoke of having a annual maintenance service this will save me money on this call and on future calls or repairs if needed. Donna had already briefed me on this and it sounded very fair. It will keep my system performing at peak performance year after year. And don't take these HVAC techs lightly they have to know a large degree of technical skills to get the job done right . Freon levels, plumbing , electrical, air flow, humidification, air cleaning . ect... Donna and Cecil explained to me how I would save. There was no high pressure sales pitch or any scams what so ever . Just a nice, professional ,pleasant company to do business with . Highly recommended from one who was in this trade for a long time.

    I am pleased to recommend Blue Ridge. I am very happy with their service. Every technician was knowledgeable and courteous. The installation process was completed in a very professional manner and their response time is great! They show up when they say they will!
