    Blue Ridge is THE BEST!!!!
    My Aunt was told by ANOTHER A/C contractor that her ENTIRE A/C system needed to be replaced and then handed her a proposal for $6,000.00!
    I told her to throw away the proposal and that I would find her an HONEST company to check it out. AND I DID! BLUE RIDGE HVAC!
    They were terrific. I spoke to Donna and she scheduled an appointment for the next day.
    The Tech (Cecil) showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within an hour the unit was up and running great. It just needed a new part which he had on his truck. He checked the entire system for her and found everything else to be running fine.
    Total cost of labor and materials-$286.75!
    Guess she didn't need the $6,000.00 repair the other scam artist tried to charge her
    after all.
    If you need an honest HVAC company there is only one place to call- BLUE RIDGE HVAC.

    Several years ago Blue Ridge installed a split Central AC system in our house and also relocated and replaced our boiler for our heating system in our garage. On occasion we have had a few service calls form Blue Ridge. I cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of Blue Ridge's staff. From the office staff to the tech's that handle the service calls, they are very courtesy, prompt, clean, and professional at all times, very rare to find this type of service and commitment by contractors in this day in age.The Tech's are great diagnose the problems , give you fair and most of all, an honest assessment of the problem. Just good old fashion service!!!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC/Heating work.

    Our furnace was not working properly during the coldest days of the winter. Blue Ridge was prompt with a response to our call and sent out Jeremy to look at our furnace on the President's Day holiday. He diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. We thought we might have to wait for days for someone to come out considering how cold it had been but we got a response the same day. Once we made the decision to replace the furnace Blue Ridge was able to quickly get us on the schedule. Mike and Antonio came out and had the old furnace out and the new one up and running within one day, just as we had been promised. Many thanks to Blue Ridge for their good service.

    Last week I had Jeremy from Blue Ridge as my Technician to check all 4 HVAC Units in my home. The House is for sale & I wanted any prospective Buyer to know that all Units are in working order; especially the Air Conditioning units which can't be checked in Winter.
    First off, I was impressed that he put on shoe covers before he entered my home to leave no marks. He explained everything he was doing for me and checked to make sure I knew all answers should any prospective Buyer ask me such. All filters were replaced and the Units given a clean bill of health. He wrote this all down for me in a certification so that all could feel comfortable with his service call.

    We called Blue Ridge with a heating problem and they sent Cecil out a few hours later. He was great, very thorough, and quick to fix the problem. These guys are great, I can't recommend them enough!

    Our technician was Cecil. He was very courteous and explained everything through the journey to find out what was causing our mini split system to shut down. It took a few hours of investigating and manual checking but finally found the problem. I would recommend their service. We purchased the service contract.
