The hottest day we've had so far this season, a house full of wedding guests, and no AC! I called Blue Ridge and they sent a technician the very same day. Jennifer was wonderful, calm and patient with me as she set up our appointment. Cecil came at 6 in the evening and was as pleasant and efficient as if it was the start of a day. Professional and friendly- he fixed the situation almost immediately. I was grateful to him and Blue Ridge.
I had a female Tech it was kind of cool. I forgot her name but you was very efficient and extremely honest and very talented she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what the issue was she was done within 20 minutes repairing my central air conditioner I needed and new compressor and she installed it like within five minutes she was awesome the person that does the appointments and scheduling a service her name is Jennifer if I remember correctly very polite and very professional and extremely nice I would definitely offer this service to anybody else I will definitely use them again hopefully not soon

The service tech always calls before arrival The technicians are friendly, smart, clean and professional. Having had experiences with other service-oriented firms who I would NOT recommend to others, Blue Ridge has restored my faith in the service industry. If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional HVAC company, look no further. These guys are the real deal.

Jeremy was amazing, went above and beyond his job to help me by carrying a shop vac up and down the stairs, emptying it, cleaning up, etc. Such a nice guy. And Cecil was friendly and got the job done! Denis has also been very helpful and friendly. All in all, I give Blue Ridge an A+!!

I was in desperate need of servicing on my air conditioner - in the middle of the summer, of course. Blue Ridge took my call and came out to assess my problem in record time! They were able to obtain the part needed, and fix my system immediately! What an amazing group of people! Louie was wonderful! He was courteous, professional, and found the problem within minutes. UPDATE: We have been getting a bit of a runaround for two weeks since Cecil's visit. No follow-up calls. No estimate, as promised. Why would a company not jump at what looks like a decent sized job? I find myself annoyed by this whole process......dropping two stars for now and all of the stars are for Cecil's work. Everything else? Blah. ---------- I have an issue with our HVAC. Before calling Blue Ridge, we called two other companies. Both said they would call us back and never did. We then turned to Blue Ridge, and it was like night and day. Jennifer immediately gave us an appointment for today (I called either Tues or Wed, so given the heatwave, I found this to be more than reasonable) and assigned Cecil for the job. She was very pleasant on the phone and basically told us the type of work Cecil was going to do on the service call. Excellent. On Thursday, they called us back to confirm our appointment for today. Again, EXCELLENT customer service. Cecil arrived well within his "window" and went right to work....while having to deal with our 87 degree house (which means much hotter in the attic!). He ran a few diagnostics and gave it to me straight what our options are. Our system is old , so to load the system with Freon, diagnose where the leak was, etc. would end up being a bit pricey. Since this problem also happened last year (different company), we both came to a mutual agreement that a new system was likely our best bet. NO PRESSURE. No hassle. He would have tried to repair the leak if we asked him to. Completely in our hands. This company appears to be A+ to me, and I will update this review upon completion of the entire job.
Blue Ridge did a new air conditioning and heating unit back for me in the beginning in July (sorry it took me so long to provide feedback). Mike and Antonio came out and did just a fantastic job all around. Very professional and pleasant and in good spirits while working in a very hot attic....I can't say that I could pull off the same given the conditions they have to work in. Everything was done to our satisfaction and are extremely happy with our new AC! Great financing terms definitely help ease the pain of an expensive and necessary upgrade.

Blue Ridge came and installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace. They were very prompt and professional. Bill came to meet with us on the day we called. They were able to schedule us for install within a week, which was great in the middle of July! Our technicians Lou M. and Dave were polite, professional and very thorough. They explained everything to us. We will always use Blue Ridge if we need anything again.
