I highly recommend Laury Heating. Professional service with a personal touch. My new heating, water heater, and air conditioning is amazing. Their service contract is a must. It takes the worry out of everything for a homeowner.

My heating system crashed - on a weekend, of course. I scheduled service with Laury and was lucky to get Dana. He showed up at 2 PM right at the appointed time. He arrived with the thermostat and the replacement motor. After 2 hours the parts were replaced. The heater came on and then Dana realized that there was a condensate pump failure along with the other 2 problems- a cascade event apparently.
I think I would have lost my cool at that point, but he quickly retrieved one from his truck and with another hour's time I had the new pump installed. i held my breath at that point but the heater started, the condensate pump started, and the house was toasty warm shortly thereafter.
It takes experience and intuition - Laury Heating is lucky to have Dana on the evening shift and so am I.

Jason was great! Although we ended up having a propane issue and not a heating issue he was still very helpful and informative. He was also patient, answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we wasted his time. Will continue to use Laury for all our heating and air issues. And will definitely always ask to have Jason sent out!

My heater broke, so I called Laury , they came less than 2 hours on the same day. They sent me a text with a picture of the technician that was coming. Great friendly and professional service

Have used Laury Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Also had exceptional service. We recently moved and needed our current heating and cooling systems evaluated so we could enter into a Service Contract with Laury. Matt evaluated the cooling system and James had done the heating portion several months ago. Both men were knowledgeable and completed their inspections the in the "Laury Tradition". Always pleased with the service from initial telephone call for service to the "hands on" application in the home. I have to mentioned that in addition to heating and cooling we have used their plumbing services. Would highly recommend Laury for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Thank you very much to Service Pro Aaron and Laury as a company! Aaron was able to diagnose and repair my electric heat pump within the first visit. He was even able to top off the fluid in my system, all for a 3rd of the cost that was quoted by another company (who had a wrong diagnosis anyway). What a headache that would have been to pay all that and not have it fixed!

It is a smart move to call Laury, they won't quit until the job is done right. They are very transparent and fair with pricing. Most importantly, they want to earn your business. No tricks, no confusion. Aaron arrived on time, got right to work and two hours later I was no longer worried about how my house would stay warm this winter!

I will only be calling Laury for my HVAC needs!

These people charged me $89 to come out and say "yea you have a leak. We can absolutely switch it out just send us this information" I do exactly what they said and now they "can't " do the job. What a scam! They did no work at all but had no problem taking my check after being promised work!

I had my Air Conditioner, Heater and Hot Water Heater replaced. Laury sent out a crew of two gentlemen who were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, informative and polite. They kept me up to date on there progress each step of the way. I was so pleased with their service from start to finish. If you are looking for a dependable, honest HVAC company, please use Laury. You won't be disappointed.

Technician arrived in scheduled window for service call and unit not providing cooling, he was professional and properly diagnosed the issues (valve failed and after that was replaced diagnosed that the return well was not functioning). He provided a work around for the return well not functioning, checked both Water Furnace units and added coolant to one unit. Both units working up to par, I am pleased to having both units working as they should (they are 20 years old and were installed by Laury when the house was built). I am very glad to be cool again. I would recommend them.

I have to say that Laury Heating has some amazing service. We had a problem with a air conditioning system. We were told that a tech would be here in the morning and unlike some other companies that we've worked with, the tech Steve came early in the morning. He introduced himself and explained everything that was happening and what he was going to do. Even with having to go a pickup a new motor, the job was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally.
