Brenda, who I spoke to on the phone, was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. She made scheduling an appointment a breeze, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Once the technician, Carlos, arrived, I was even more impressed. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about my air conditioning unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently and effectively, and before I knew it, my unit was running smoothly again!

Cathy at TK mechanical was my savior. She expedited my water heater replacement not once but twice. She and Brenda worked tirelessly to get me my replacement water heater from the warranty company. They were professional polite and courteous even when I was less than calm. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you ladies for caring about your customers to go the extra mile.

I've had them service several jobs in my home before & I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes great & Sometimes not the greatest depends on the mechanics being sent.

I was a former member of Cinch Home Warranty Services. After Cinch being incredibly unresponsive for our furnace not producing heat throughout November and December, TK Mechanical services went above and beyond to make sure my family was kept warm during the cold days and nights. All the technicians we encountered who tried to fix the unit were respectful, professional, and great at their trade. Carlton specifically took an interest in fixing our unit. After he exhausted all options, a replacement furnace was ordered. Brenda in the office was an angel. She assured me that TK was doing everything in their power to fix the issue. She went above and beyond her job by calming down a 6 month pregnant woman with a small toddler in a cold house that this issue would be resolved. Brenda deserves tremendous accolades as well as raise with her persistence, patience and warmth during a stressful situation. Due to Brenda, if we ever need a service that TK Mechanical offers, we will be sure to use them as well as highly recommend this company to anyone needing any service TK can provide. If there was an option to give more than 5/5 stars, I would select it!

Technician was on time, he was very pleasant & did his job professionally. One of the main thing I liked about Willian is that he cleaned up when he was done.
