Weather Men Heating & AC

I'm renting out my home for the first time and was nervous a few weeks ago after being informed that our outdoor AC unit wasn't functioning. Complicating matters, there was a heat wave two days away and I was out of the country, leaving me in the hands of my neighbor's recommendation for an AC repair company. I'm glad they recommended Weathermen.

Despite calling around 1pm on a summer weekday, I was able to have our property added to the route the following morning, and the repairman was diligent about calling 30 min ahead of the visit so I could coordinate the repair remotely and about calling before confirming repairs/charges.

I can't comment on price competitiveness, but labor was $180/visit and a new capacitor cost $80+. Against a landscape of supply chair shortages, a lack of skilled tradesmen and inflation, this whole repair process could not have gone better. I wish I could remember the name of the very nice lady who answered my calls from the office and coordinated an over-the-phone CC payment and delivery of an email receipt, but she was great, too!

We had a central AC & new furnace installed. They were on-time, Professional & Neat. Pricing was the lowest around. The guys came ready to work & completed the job in a day. Very helpful with any questions I had. I definitely will be recommending them! 100%

Had the Weather Men fix our air conditioner compressor. They were quick to respond, prompt and arrived with the intention of actually fixing it. This company has people who are capable and actually know their craft (one of the owners was on the job-a rarity these days). So glad I found you and thank you for getting us up and running again.

I bought a house that was vacant for about 7-8 years. The house needed to be completely gutted and put back together. From working with other contractors, making sure to meet town code and permit requirements, to final installation, Weathermen were excellent. Mike and Leo came and planned a new and more efficient way to run ductwork and placement of a Navien Tankless Water Heater, at a price I couldn't beat anywhere else. Leo handled most of the work load. The site was clear of debris every day when he finished. He worked long hours and got the job done on time for each town inspection. It has now been several months, have had no problems at all. Could not be more pleased.

I updated my house to central air a few weeks ago.Gave me a reasonable price, workers were very friendly and respectful, they did fast and clean work and didn't leave a mess each day after they left. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Poor Workmanship & Poorer Customer Service

Called last month to fix a couple of small drips coming from the valves outside my hot water heater. Long story short, after their "repairs" and my payment, problems still persist and they have not returned any of the messages I left with their receptionist. My last call was for a refund! Not holding my breadth Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Weathermen. Mike and his crew have helped us several times in the past year with our heat and A/C issues. Each time they were prompt, knowledgeable, and exceeded our expectations for the repair and customer service. THANK YOU.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Takes days to return a phone call...other times barely answers the phone. Doesn’t post their hours online or on their website on purpose so you’ll never know when they are actually open. Put down a $400 deposit on a job that has taken weeks to schedule. Then went to get my deposit back in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday and they were closed! Do not give these people your money. Do yourself a favor and hire another plumber!

They were very quick, professional and efficient. We would use them again if we ever need work done. We definitely recommend them!
