We have used Jay many times for our annual maintenance. Our AC stopped working the hottest day of the year when it reached 90. I called Jay early in the morning and he came over right away as we have a special needs child. Unfortunately, our AC was not worth fixing. He was very honest and fair and explained our different choices. Everything was delivered in 4 days and installed immediately. Jay was on time and did not take any breaks. He worked until 7PM. Our utility closet was clean and he explained everything to my husband and myself. We will definitely continue to recommend Hawaiian Breeze.

Hot water heater broke and replaced it in 2 hours. Lucky I called him before 5 so he could get the equipment.

**UPDATE** - Well after finding out that it was my AC HVAC capacitor that needed to be replaced and seeing that the part only costs $20-30, I'm very disappointed with the amount I paid. I understand that there is a diagnostic fee, part fee and installation fee, but paying over $300 for this job I feel was way overcharged. I spoke to a few buddies of mine who had the same part go out on their HVAC system and they said they only paid around $150-200 for the same job.

Jason was responsive and very helpful. He Was quick to diagnose the problem and fix the issue.
