I became a customer through my Sears Home Warrantee after 2 other companies either did not show up or were unable to fix my problem. The TK technician was relentless in trying to repair my running toilet and did not give up until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing the services they provide. Actually, I am in need of their services currently and don’t want to take a chance on Sears sending another incompetent company.

Appointment scheduled timely, technician arrived per schedule, proper updates via email and notifications. Follow up scheduled timely and work performed professionally!

This company was hired by our home warranty company. The gentleman could not fix a simple shower leak. Not impressed with the first unsuccessful visit, we waited a week for him to return, as promised. When we contacted the gentleman about returning we were cursed at, hung up on and treated terribly. 0 stars - certainly would NOT recommend.

Same day service company with extended FREE EMERGENCY SERVICE HOURS 6PM - 11PM. Professional and inexpensive rates. Very cheap in cost for repairs and the van is equipped with the basic necessities to complete job same day.

Horrible customer service. These are people that don’t enjoy what they do and you can tell from the way they treat their clients. They are very rude and grumpy. Ridiculous that even the manager is worse than her technicians. If there was a zero I would be giving them a zero too. Having their technician hang up on me while I was still on the phone , then the manager calling my phone and refusing to acknowledge that I am the home owner, but instead asking “are you the mother or daughter?” Who does that? I AM THE HOME OWNER WHO HIRED YOUR SERVICES. They did a half job rather than what they were sent to do and had the audacity to hang up on me. Definitely one of the worse I have seen yet.

Bad service. Never on time. 5 mins visit (85$). Was looking to replace the sewer ejector pump. The homeowner insurance recommended but they got confused between sewer ejector pump and sum pump.
