Steve did a great job. He identified the problem, acquired the necessary part and installed it while troubleshooting other issues that came up. He was professional, prompt and reliable. Our A/C condensate line was clogged and leaking water during a heatwave. We were able to reach Steve and he came right away, which we were so grateful. I wasn't home at the time but my family couldn't stop raving about him. He was on-time, very professional and his fee was reasonable. My family thought he was a really honest guy and they are so glad we found him as we will definitely use him again if we have any other problems.

Highly highly recommend this company!! I got home from vacation at 7pm on a Friday night to find that my air conditioner was running but not blowing cold air. I called, Steven answered, I explained the situation, and he was there THAT NIGHT by 8:30 to fix my blown fuse. My air was up and running immediately. He was so friendly, personable, and helpful. I told him how good his reviews are online, and he was so nonchalant about it, "Oh I haven't even looked!" A few days later when I received the inspection report from my home buyers, I called Steve again. He remembered me and came that same day AGAIN to fix the violation. I got a text that the job was finished and I didn't even know he was there! He emailed me a receipt/invoice that night and it was all done. Seriously, use Essential Heating & Air. It's a small business with high quality, prompt work. Steven is so great to work with and all of his reviews are legit!
