Came home from work on a 93 degree day to find the AC not working. Called Essential and Steve answered the phone, which is unusual nowadays. My mother had a problem with her heater so we replaced the thermostat and the it worked for a week and had the same problem again.I live in philly and I looked in Google for a reputable company near her I found essential and had my mother call he came out immediately diagnosed her problem (dirty sensor)and the heat is back on and his fee was very reasonable and service was impeccable according to mom. I think my mother has found a hvac technician she can trust and that's important with all the technicians that take advantage of the elderly. Now we both have peace of mind thank you very much .
