You don't need to go anywhere else. The folks at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning are simply the best! When our central AC went out today, I didn't have to think twice about making the call to them. Spoke with Ken and then with Mark who sent Dave over to check it out. Dave really knows his stuff and he diagnosed the issue on the spot and had us up and running within 20 minutes. You can't ask for better service than that on a hot day! Thanks guys! You rock!

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job in my new home. Becoming a first time homeowner is exciting but comes with many unexpected surprises. The week we closed our boilers gave out. The house was frozen and we needed heat fast! Thanks to Ken and all the hard working men at one hour heating we were able to get a new boiler and water heater installed. They were extremely professional and friendly! I highly recommend them to service anyones home!

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was a great company to work with. We hired them to replace and install a new air conditioning unit and furnace. They were responsive to all questions we had, explained the process thoroughly and on time! The workers were all very professional and used extra safety protocols due to Covid-19 such as masks and booties. Our new systems were explained and tested. All in all would 100% recommend and would use again for any future work we may need.

I have had the pleasure of having a boiler, air handler and a/c condenser installed by One Hour in Midland Park. Our boiler was installed within 3 days of a super storm that fried our old boiler. The wonderful team led by Ken Cruz provided electric heaters, as we awaited service. 2 years later, it was a no brainer to have our A/C system replaced, which was also done within 2 days of the system failing. I cant say enough about the quality of products used, as its truly top quality and the team was a pleasure. I dont normally write reviews, but had to hop on and talk about my positive experience.

Two years ago i paid them to repair my mothers heating system, the tech that came said there was nothing wrong with the system despite explaining to him multiple times that it would just randomly shut off. No it’s fine he kept saying - it’s probaly user error. Summer came but the next winter same problem. So I call back and explain the situation, denial about what the previous tech said and then wanted to charge again after still not finding anything. After pushing and pushing and explaining and again telling them it’s not user error they FINALLY find the problem and repair it. I insisted getting a discount since they hadn’t repaired it the first time and it was like pulling teeth - They finally agreed to apply the previous charge for their priority comfort plan.
After this first bad experience with them - the owner was very apologetic and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now her air conditioning won’t cool during the first heat wave of the season so I called them and was told they were very busy but would come by in the evening. They didn’t. Then they said they would call back to make an appointment with her aide the next morning - they didn’t. This despite having their Confort priority service... 1 hour service my ass. I called back to complain and now they still can’t come back for another 2 days - I pressed about the importance of her being in her 90s and they were just dismissive and wouldn’t make any accommodations “yes we’re very sorry and we scheduled you in 2 days” - despite another heat wave. You think they would make good after the first screw up - but no f’s given.
