My husband and I had a pleasure of using One Hour Team service for the first time. They were recommended by our neighbor. Ken was very professional, responsive and followed up as promised. In the beginning, we felt like One Hour was expensive. But then we did research and turned out that they have the best competitive rates. The quality of their work was outstanding and we are 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. Within minutes of reaching out to Ken to let him know that my AC unit stopped running, he confirmed that he’d have a tech come out to diagnose the problem that same day. Only a few hours later David showed up and was able to quickly identify the problem, install a replacement part and have my system back up and running.

We recently had central ac installed. From the first call all the way through completion Ken was extremely helpful. Always kept me updated and informed on what was happening. Kenny, Dylan and the rest of their team did a great job with installation and keeping our house clean. They gave us great prices and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

We decided to take the plunge finally and have Heat AND AC installed in our house. House old from 1930's, oil heat underground, steam radiator heat. We decided to have them pull them, remove the oil heater, and run ducts all through the house, two units one in attic and one in basement. Big project for us and hadn't used them before. But when I met Ken he had great creative ideas, was clearly a good man who values customer service and quality of work, and was very competitive in price. Their crew was here for weeks as the job was big and the house brought many challenges and some changes - but all were figured out expertly. They were awesome and I can't say how pleased I am. Ken came back after done and did a walkthrough and fixed a few things he thought could be even better. Honestly, a company that clearly cares about their customer and did a fantastic job. My wife and I felt like they were family when they left and truly a great job start to finish. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I’ve used several heating & cooling services over the years, but one hour has been the best by far! Reasonable prices, good explanations from their employees and so fast. Jeffrey even went out of his way to get an exhaust pipe for my furnace.

One Hour has given us consistent excellent service. We have had upgrades on our multi-zone system, replaced dampers and the usual seasonal maintenance service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and takes their time to explain and make sure everything is up and running before leaving.
They have responded to our calls right away each time.
