Update: in response to the owner's reply - I did call and you did nothing. I was left with a $600 heating bill because you “lost my number”. I went from having no heat on one zone to having my heat run nonstop for 2 months when I thought it was fixed. You did nothing to offset the service fee, claiming it was the cost to diagnose the problem but your tech caused a bigger, more expensive problem and your took no accountability to try and make it right. So for those who read this and think this owners response is sincere - buyer beware.
