Dwyer just finished a 3 ton Bryant 17 seer heat pump in our shore house in Toms River.. Fyi Bryant is to Carrier as Toyota is to Lexus. Same top quality on same assembly line. They could tell i did my homework.. Better price. I shopped the deal. Pat speced out what we needed. Ashley.crunched the numbers in the office with phone tag.. Mostly done over the phone in 2 days. Amazing. A few bumps on a short window Insulated the ducts in crawlspace too. Making system even more efficent. Knew rebate parameters too.
Pictured are 3 of the 4 techs on site today almost nonstop in 90 degrees They worked tirelessly. We got them wawa hoagies so they could get done earlier. Without leaving site. We are new to the area, so when we started calling different companies to move a gas pipe that was stopping our stove from going all the way against the wall. Three out of three said they would get back to us, bit none did, then I called Dwyer, they scheduled a non emergency appointment for the next day. Patrick from Dwyer arrived on time and did a clean perfect job.
I had numerous back ups with my main sewer line after calling different companys and spending $200 to $400 a call. I called Dwyer. Moe and Yamil came out and were so professional and got the job done even through rain and cold. Less than two weeks later I had another back up. They were there within 2 hours and cleared my back up. They called their supervisor Mike K and within an hour he diagnosed the ongoing problem and called my township and had the inspectors there. All agreed it was a township issue. I cannot thank these hard working men enough for the money they have saved me.
The technician (Pat) was on time, professional and did an excellent job. The price for a toilet installation was very reasonable. I will definitely use Dwyer again!

Yamil and Moe were excellent in repairing a kitchen sink issue that turned into a big job! They were friendly, helped move furniture, cleaned up, offered support for restoration etc. Nice guys!
I initially used Dwyer Services to replace my old hot water heater with a tankless. Every aspect of this job was handled with extreme professionalism and care. From Ashley in the office who helped with the NJNG incentive program paperwork to Mike who was the lead installer. These guys removed a hot water heater from a difficult spot in our attic with so much care! The new tankless hot water heater works great and is much more efficient. Most recently, I called Dwyer services again to help out with a gas line issue I had. They sent someone right out and resolved my problem. I can't say enough great things about this business! I will keep referring friends and family!
Since working with Dwyer for the last 2 years their customer service has been phenomenal. We just had our entire heating and water heater unit replaced and the dedication we received from Eric, Joe, Mark and Kyle was beyond our expectations. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, what options worked best and we never felt like they were trying to sell us something we didn't need. They were honest and that is very hard to find these days. The owner as well got on a call and was very accommodating and met all the needs we requested. Thanks again to Dwyer for great service and great staff!
These guys had a good reputation but something has changed. We had problems from one end of the job to the other. There were issues with the quote (it was incomplete and would have required more payment to finish the job). The owner had to come out to smooth things over and we found him credible so we went forward. Nothing changed though. The office tried pushed the project so fast that it actually seemed to mess themselves up. They needed to send contractors out for 'second looks' who expressed bafflement at why they were there. The install was the only smooth day. Now it's been over a month and we haven't heard about permit follow-up. We have a question about something that might be an issue with the unit and as usual, the office is all over the place. First no reply. Then after second request a "we'll come out and check it out" followed an hour later by "the head installer says it's the vents and he'll call you tomorrow between 9 and 11". Somehow he knows this without coming out. And it's 11 and no call. It's like dealing with a company run by cats - there all over the pace to the point where they are their own worst enemy. I would not recommend them. They might be good technicians but the entire group is so disorganized that it isn't worth the headache.
