From the first call to them through the end of the service they were all very professional and helpful. With the recent cold snap I was sure they were very busy when my 90 yo parents heater was not producing enough warm air.
While they didn’t promise to get there same day (and I totally expected that due to they call volume they were experiencing). They were able to be there late in the day.
Connor called and arrived 20 minutes later. He spent time figuring out the problem and making adjustments to the system.
He was awesome.
I highly recommend them.

I use this company for the first and last time never return my calls to move q gas line that their guys pit in the wrong spot even knowing that my front door steps going to be build there ,call to have them move the gas line and they want me to pay $1500. To move a gas line that wasn’t supposed to be there ,very un happy with their service -5 starts rating

Anthony the technician came out to evaluate why the boiler was not producing hot water, he diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it fixed. I would recommend Dwyer without a second thought.

How the plumber was fantastic in his response time, his enthusiasm and his hard-working nature were appreciated. He did his best to ensure that we would have water for the night. The HVAC person was also responsive and professional. I signed up for the yearly membership due to this positive experience.

They were courteous from the outset...answered their phone,gave you periodic updates on technicians time of arrival...Right on time..had a new water heater put in,along with two toilets...neat ,professional job...Cleaned up well and answered any questions or concerns in a courteous manner...Also having an AC tune up...Office is very responsive and involved...Prompt,neat,professional,using quality brands...very satisfied

Woke up to no heat on our second floor being newer to area i went on line to review contractor references found many positive reviews and called. Office staff was courteous and understood our problem. The were able to come out today between 1-5. Service Tech (Kyle ) arrived at 12 and quickly determined problem. I also inquired about preventative maintenance which to my surprise he advised the service call would be covered under their yearly program. Well that just saved me a few $$$. After explaining what was needed I authorized the work and Kyle made repair & did service. Kyle was very curious and polite. A1 Service from call to completion. Would 100 % recommend Dwyer to friends in area.

They wanted to charge me $499.00 to replace a leaky gasket in our toilet bowl. The part was $20.00 and it took me 45 minutes to change. An experienced plumber would have taken 30 mins. By my calculations $499-$20 is $479 for 30 mins work. Not sure how that falls under fair pricing that is advertised on their website. The plumber that was sent was respectful and on time. I paid the $79 visit fee and declined the service as the price was just outrageous.

Friendly. Communicative - they clearly explain what they will do and answer any questions! They are neat and clean. All their people are friendly, courteous and helpful! Best service organization we have ever dealt with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We recently had a kitchen remodel done. We used Dwyer for the electrical and plumbing. Their service was great. The were on time, very friendly, answered all of my questions and took care of a few things unrelated to the remodel for us. I highly recommend.
