From start to finish, Dwyer's Home Services provided exceptional services. We called them for a toilet replacement. From the initial call for scheduling to the end results we received the best and courteous service. Friendly attitudes from the schedulers, the professional technician, and the owners follow up call after completion made me feel like I mattered. Thank you for providing myself and my family with the best experience. A special shout out to Anthony for treating our home like it was his own.

Best of the best. Called and was scheduled for two days later. I had the whole system replaced. Furnace, AC, hot water heater, and new duct work. Every person I spoke with on the phone was so friendly, kind, and honest. Shannon helped guide me through all the pricing options after I received my quotes. When I had questions she was there on the phone after calling, no robots to get through, always a person.
The day of installation the crew arrived, I wish I remembered all their names but the two I remember was Paul and Kyle. But there was so many more. They were all professional and explained everything they were doing. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my house with them inside.
I was surprised how quickly they got the job done and now my house heats up quickly and quietly.
Best service all around, from initial call, to installation. It seems like only the best of the best work here.

Was in need of a 2 new heaters for the past few years. Obtained numerous quotes from various companies. Although Dwyer was priced in the ballpark with other companies, they did their best to lower my cost and their customer service was outstanding.
So respectful, responsive and helpful.
Most importantly, their install crew came the next day, were two of the best workers I have ever had in my home to do work.

We needed a toilet repaired and Anthony arrived on time. He was very personable, friendly and most importantly very knowledgable. He fixed our problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. He explained our options with NO pressure to pick the most expensive option.

My central air conditioning went out last night and we called Dwyer Heating and Air Conditioning this morning to have a technician come out and look at it for us.
Ralph arrived by 9 am and got right to work. My air conditioning unit was 13 years old and in very bad shape. Ralph thoroughly explained our options to us and was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis of our AC unit. Ralph was extremely kind and honest and recommended replacing the unit. We agreed with him and he arranged to have the installers come out the same day and begin the new installation. We have been using Dwyer heating and air conditioning for many years and trusted them to do the new installation for the AC unit. We are very pleased with the way Ralph inspected and then took charge to see that everything would be handled professionally and expeditiously. Thank you Ralph for making a stressful situation that much easier. We appreciate you!!
