Four Point Heating & Cooling

Four Point did a great job installing a new Line Set for my AC unit. Not only was the job difficult, due to the line set running through my cieling, above a shower stall, there was also a very small closet that they had to run the line through, to get it outside to the AC unit.Thanks Four Point for a great job, that one other local company, would not even give me an estimate for.

Chris came and fixed the ac. No fuss no muss. He was terrific. One of the most reliable companies I know. Have dealt with them for many years and never had a problem.

I had an issue with my air conditioner in the second floor. I called Four Points . The woman on the phone was very nice. I explained my issue. She gave me a window when the technician will arrive. He arrived at their office moments after I called and was at my house for 10 minutes. Chris was the technician he went through my whole system found out what was wrong in about 10 minutes fixed it. I was out the door onto the next job. Excellent service.

Five stars are not enough for Scott and his team. We woke up the day after Christmas to no heat although the unit seemed operational. Scott called me back right away and had a technician, Jim, to our house within two hours. Jim was awesome--really pleasant, honest and got our unit up and running again. We need maintenance and Scott and Jim were able to adjust their schedules to return within 24 hours to make sure we have no lapse in heat. Plan to have them come back yearly for maintenance. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Scott and his two crews showed up right on time if not a little early and proceeded to get the job done. They were professional and courteous. They did a great job. A+ to four points heating and cooling. Will definitely use in the future.

I have never written a review before, but I am so grateful to Scott and Chris for their assistance over a holiday weekend. They truly kept my family safe and made our situation a priority even though they were extremely busy. I can't thank them enough!

One of the three A/C units Four Point installed 15 years ago malfunctioned. It was determined the unit needed replacement and since expensive we obtained three quotations. Four Point provided a timely, detailed (broke down parts and labor) and the most competitive estimate. Scott's customer friendly, professional approach and deep understanding of the business generated a high comfort level. Two other well-known Carrier recommended companies provided bottom-line quotes with many extra "bells and whistles" and higher costs. One company touted its 250 staff but over the years we have found a more personalized approach provides better results. Both companies mentioned how well the original units were installed (design, installation, workmanship) which made us ask why anyone other than Four Point. The unit was installed by Andrew and we are very pleased with the quality (leveled base, unit tie-down, replaced line filter), neatness (stairs covered) and final outcome (reviewed everything in detail). Andrew was also very courteous. We highly recommend Four Point for personalized, quality A/C installations and repairs.

Jim at Four Point was outstanding! He took the time to explain what was going on with my gas boiler, fixed it quickly and helped save me from getting ripped off elsewhere. He is the only person I am trusting in the future with my heat & AC. Thank you Jim and Four Point

Great work Great people! When our air conditioning broke down confident in their work we called Four Point. Randy and Mike did our new install in a 115 degree attic without complaining. Prompt, polite, tidy service. I highly recommend 👍
