Eastern Shore Heating & Air Conditioning

Three weeks ago, I received a call from Eastern Shore heating and air conditioning, unsolicited. That they will be coming to test the air conditioner before it gets too hot that they installed in the winter. Sure enough, 9:00 AM sharp Steve was at my door, He did another splendid job as always. It is my goal to make it known to all my friends and family that Eastern Shore is the standard in the business. I will be in touch as we would like to install the REME HALO-LED whole home induct air purifier. Thank you very much for your wonderful services.

Very thorough and professional work when installing the heater and AC. The tech took their time to inspect all aspects of the HVAC/AC and explained their findings and any potential issues. Aran did not upsell any unnecessary work. I'm looking forward to calling soon for the water heater and the micro viruses uv light gizmo 😀

We were so impressed with Eastern Shore right from the start! Mary Anne answered, took my information, and set us up with an appointment for a price quote. Tom came out and was extremely professional, punctual, and polite. He listened to us, did a thorough assessment of our home and property, and put together a quote before he left. There was no pressure at all. We are now on their schedule for a new install of a ductless system and we feel that we are getting great quality and value.

Dealing with Eastern Shore was a pleasure. I used them to replace my furnace and air conditioning system. My quality control specialist, Tom, assisted with making this process absolutely painless! Set up with Tom was easy and he kept in touch with me throughout the course of the job keeping me up to speed on permits and appointment dates. My technicians Rich and Jerry arrived on time and were very professional and informative about the work they were doing. As part of the installation package, I received a duct cleaning. Ryan arrived on time and meticulously cleaned out my ducts! He was also very informative about the work he was performing. I have already recommended Eastern Shore to my family and will continue to refer them in the future to family and friends.

I called to have my air-conditioning vents and dryer vent cleaned. Scheduling was easy and my price was given to me during the initial phone call. My tech, Brian arrived right on time. He spent time explaining the process and even provided me with some important hints and insights. He was not only pleasant. He did immaculate work. Converted from electric to gas,replaced the air-conditioning as well.

Ryan was so polite and thorough while cleaning our air ducts. I called around to 4/5 other places and they were by far the best price, and the service was excellent. He was punctual, polite, and reached out to tell me when he was on his way. Would absolutely recommend!
