It stopped working suddenly a few weeks back and I needed a quick fix because it was freezing at night. It was a Saturday night so I wasn't expecting much but seeing that he had so many positive reviews I gave him a call. He picked up right away and said he would be avail in the morning ! He came on time and explained exactly what was wrong and got things fixed ! He even came the next day as another issue came up and took care of that too. Thought for sure I was going to need to have my HVAC unit completely replaced. I called Sunny Air to get a price quote for new system. He came by the same day to check out my HVAC in order to provide accurate estimate, however, Sunny offered to check the unit first to see if it's something he can fix without having to replace the whole system. After two visits, he was able to change a few parts and my HVAC was working! He is very meticulous, professional, and definitely knows his stuff! If you are looking for a HVAC person, try Sunny Air. Engineer was really awesome.
He has more than 20 years experience of heater field I was told. Most impressive one is his on time attitude and responsibility, I asked him come to early in the morning however he visited my house with pleasure.
Also he pursuited perfect for his work and very confident for his great job himself, so I can believe him entirely.
Next time my peer or friends face on problem with heating or AC, I will never hesitate to introduce him to my people.

So glad we found Sunny Air to troubleshoot and maintain the gas steam boiler.
While looking for second opinion cus previous HVAC guy wanted to replace a few parts. Sunny Air was able to come on a short notice and verified everything is in working order. He was very patient and explains in detail on dos and don'ts on how to perform easy maintenance. Will definitely call him again.

The owner was very responsive and returned my call as promised. After calling me to come a day earlier then originally anticipated to trouble shoot my heat pump system, he took the time explain what he was going to do and why, how the system should be working and what his findings were...almost more then I wanted to know! At the end it was very informative and I understood what I should be looking for.
Long story short he showed up precisely on time, replaced my heat pump system, cleaned up after the work was finished. I am very happy with the work done!

Where do I start, he came late Friday to inspect the problem and gave me a diagnostic what was wrong with my Hvac system. After discussing our options, he promise he will come back early Monday morning which he did and installed our new Hvac system. Only 5 Stars for a good reason. He is prompt, courteous, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding my options. He replaced our broken AC Unit and coil within 3 hours AND took the time to open up the air flow as the ducts were hung at sharp angles. We told him about the vibration and sounds that occur when the AC turns on and he was able to remedy that as well. He left the areas clean. Cannot recommend him enough. Don't hesitate and give him a call.

When many of you, I was crueless where to call to fix my HVAC units from all the list from Google search. Since I remembered that I had seen Suunyair truck out of my building before, I thought that I would call Sunnyair assuming that this place has a knowledge on the HVAC unit since all units use the same HVAC units. Well, that came out to be one of my best decisions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As he works on the fix, he explained what the problem was in a plan language. When I mentioned to him what other problems that I have, he took a look at it and able to fix the problems.
All th we way to the end, he was very professional and kept his polite manner. With the chat with him, I also learned that he has over 10 years HVAC experience. Experience is everything. My problem was solved and his fee was reasonable. I am glad that I called him and I highly recommend him for real.

First of all, he arrived on time while other 2 companies came 2~4 hours late. He explained very detail and easily about problem and its cause and repaired only troublesome parts. The other companies asked to repair unnecessary parts or charged higher repair cost than Sunny. I will call Sunny Air Heating & Cooling again if I have any other trouble with my 16 years old HVAC systems.
