Sunny Air Heating & Cooling

In February of last year or at the end of winter, the heater was abnormal, so we consulted to replace the heater before winter came, but the current price has risen too much. I did a Google search and called, and I was very worried because it was an old house, but like a professional, it was completely replaced in one day. I had a warm winter without any problems thanks. Sunny has a wealth of knowledge and explained exactly what was going on with my unit. He came on two occasions first time he didn't charge to diagnose the repair and second time he installed the part that was malfunctioning. Sunny is also very honest and his prices are very fair. During the most intense heat wave of 2021, Sunny HVAC provided fast, efficient, and exceptionally responsive service. Sunny explained (technical) cause, service options and associated cost. He showed up as scheduled, performed a walk-through with the home owner, researched service/options, and demonstrated a professional and technical expertise
with regards to answering all of my questions and 'what if' scenarios. Sunny is very pleasant and showed up wearing mask and foot covering (respectful of my home). Pricing was very competitive and reasonable, and he clearly impressed upon me that he was not going to price gouge me. When he arrived at my apartment, he noticed that my AC was something he really didn't repair, however he said since he was there he would work on the unit. He was very respectful, took his shoes off and worked on my AC with determination. I really have respect for him, and would recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

I have used Sun's services for heating and cooling and I'm very happy with his professionalism. He has arrived always on time, kept the work area clean and tidy and fixed the issues I was experiencing. l had a problem with the furnace where it was making noise and no heat flow. I called Sun personally and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem,went then out and purchased the parts and installed them all within the same day. He went the extra mile and performed additional maintenance to ensure everything was working as expected. Price was very reasonable and I will continue being a repeat customer! 5 stars and highly recommend!!!

I called Sunny Air a few days ago because at my new house, there was a loud banging/water running noise whenever I turn on the heat in my daughter's room. I called a couple of companies to get quotes, and by far, Sunny Air was the most responsive (stopped by the next day to get the issue fixed!), reliable, and reasonably priced. Sun found a few issues with the boiler, and fixed them quickly and efficiently. After Sun left, we could still hear some noise in the room (not because Sun did not do it correctly, but due to the pipes in the wall expanding and etc), so we called him to ask if he could take another look at it. Without hesitation, Sun stopped by right away, and addressed the issue right away. Thanks to Sunny, we are definitely enjoying the house (warm and quiet!) more now. Highly recommend the company, and we will continue calling him for HVAC issues and maintenance going forward.

Mr. Hwang came 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time! He explained the problems with my AC in detail. He is very thorough and professional.
He cleaned the area he worked in after he finished as well. I would definitely recommend Sunny Air for any heating or air conditioning concerns.
