United Rental has the absolute best inside people , I've been in the construction business in NYC for over 43 years ....I hope they understand and take care of these hard working folks

Generator was delivered timely. Had all parts with him. Stuff that wasn't needed was taken back and we were not charged. He had whips that we did need, although hadn't been ordered. He took good care of us and got us going promptly.

United Rentals is a great company to work with. They are very friendly, informative on their equipment, and flexible with scheduling and pricing. Kevin Smith, in particular, was a great help to me on this latest project.

I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Lydia D is such a great rep! Very keen on detail, and HONEST! Not only does she go out of her way to update myself on field related occurrences that may effect billing, but also communicates to the different departments internally if there is ever a discrepancy/adjustment that needs to be addressed. In my opinion, top level customer service, making it very easy to trust in the great relationship we already hold with this rental company.
