Allcare Heating & Air Conditioning

These guys are a lifesaver; I came home last night to a very cold house tried all I knew to do to restart the system nothing worked. My regular HVAC guy didn't respond to my text, got up early this morning searched Angies' list via NextDoor for a HVAC company; they were the first to return my call. Mike, the techincian arrived at least 30 mins before the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes gave an estimate for the job. He went for the parts was back within the specified time.. Their level of professionalism and honesty is unparralled NO GIMMICKS at all.. Will definitely be using them again again.. Thank you Mike for the additional tips on buying the right filter. I wish all HVAC companies can be this straightforward...

Our Central Air unit wasn't blowing cool air into the house on our second day after purchasing the home. I called Allcare and that night they sent someone to my location. Allcare tech Gary fixed the problem right away. He even hung back a few minutes to give me some advice on how to install a smart thermostat. Thank you Gary!

I moved into a new home and AC is new and working for 3 days. On the 4th day while at work the AC stopped working. It was 6pm I tried everything checking breakers etc nothing worked. I called allcare heating and air conditioning. Of course it was 85 degrees outside the house was heating up and my dog Lobo was not happy. I spoke to Chris I believe and he walked me through several things over the phone to no avail. He sent out a technician Gary I believe. I told him the inside thermostat and blower were working but outside unit was not working. He checked the thermostat inside and then went outside to check unit which again is new. After checking out unit he opened breaker box outside and found someone had pulled the fuse and put it in the off position. Unit went on and has been working great ever since. Gary told me he wasn’t going to charge me for a service call. I couldn’t believe it. I recently moved into a retirement community. I’ve owned two homes in my lifetime and as all homeowners know stuff breaks. Usually during a heat wave of freezing cold. My best friend is in the AC business for 35 years but lives up in north jersey. I didn’t want to bother him so I called Allcare. I told him what Gary and Cris did and he said that was great!
In ending I just want to say thank you to both, I hope I got their names right. And I will continue to use Allcare heating and AC and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Noticing an issue with our AC unit, I was stressing a bit about who to contact. Not being happy with the last few times dealing with AJ Perri I didn't know what to expect. I contacted Allcare and CJ couldn't have been more helpful and informative. After going over some stuff with my husband over the phone we were told they would have someone there that night. Gary showed up, looked at the unit, let us know what was up, was able to get the unit working in a short amount of time and gave advise on fixing it long term. I will definitely be using Allcare going forward and will happily refer people to them whenever I can. Thank you Allcare!

They've done 2 furnaces and AC and a tankless water heater for us on three different occasions. Each time, it was done professionally, with courtesy, and in a timely manner. Very friendly.

They came out twice to our house to check our ac unit. No permanent fix was done but they were nice enough not to charge us. We will be calling them most definitely to replace our unit as soon as we can.
