Allcare Heating & Air Conditioning

Its the worst feeling ever when its 90 degrees out and your AC goes down! I've been using Allcare for a few years now and highly highly recommend them. They were recently at my house 6/29 after I text them the night before at 10pm with an issue. I received a response back within minutes saying they would have a tech out to me the next morning by 10am.

This time it was a complex fix but the Tech (Eric) was spot on with his professionalism, attitude, and took time to explain what issues he was encountering.

These days, great service is tough to come by but Allcare goes above and beyond to make their customers happy.

My heat didn't come on and it was very cold I couldn't take it anymore so I called Allcare Heating and Air and spoke to Mike he said he'll be sending Eric to take a look . Eric came on time as promised and he was very professional and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem . I gave them 5 stars , I wish I could give them 95 more ! Very Professional !! This company was so amazing to work with. I desperately needed a new AC unit and not only were they super helpful and friendly but they were able come the same day. And a bonus, they were cute too! :) Would definitely use All Care again.

Second time using these guys. First diagnosis an issue in seconds. And this time came out to check a product that wasn't even there so I had piece of mind, moving into my first place. Def using them for AC in the summer.

Eric was very personable and professional. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Best HVAC folks around hands down! They are honest and the most knowledgeable folks I have ever dealt with. I will be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

I was told I needed a repair that would cost at least 1500 dollars. I called NJR for a second estimate and they went up to look at the unit in my attic (allcare did not they were just going off what they remembered from the last visit) and said there was nothing wrong with that part so, I Paid 133 for Allcare to do nothing but lie to me about a repair. NJR repaired the unit for 160 total for the visit. When I called to complain to AllCare the person on the phone argued with me (I had no filters which, I didn't even realize so, in there defense they were working with some potential issues) and then told me they would give me a refund because I'm annoying. Super classy. Hopefully, I actually get my refund.

I called all care at 6:30 am, immediately got a return text with an appt the same day. Furnace motor was replaced at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the response time and service.

Excellent service . Technician was on time and polite. Walked me through everything. If you're in a pinch use them. I will call them again if I have an issue.
