Anthony is very friendly and energetic. He had a helper with him today. His name was Matt. It looked to us like they worked very well together. We like Anthony taking care of our heater because we like the same familiar faces every year.

Called Anyzek to service my boiler. Tech came out and didn’t mention I should probably get a mew boiler instead installed a new motor for over $700. The next day the system once again was not working. Called them back out and the same tech tried installing another piece for $400. We had him take the piece out and leave. Both times the price was not quoted and the tech just did it. The tech ended up yelling and telling me it was not his position to tell me that I should get a new boiler. Very unprofessional and will never call or recommend this place again. Not to mention they no longer offer 10 day billing for oil delivery and want payment immediately.

Today we had our annual cleaning & maintenance for the oil heater. Mike came out early this morning & got right to work. Fortunately for us, he discovered a problem with the air conditioning system & heating system . We had new A/C & heating done about 5 years ago, by another company. We are a retired couple & our summer cooling bills have been up to $400.00! Mike not only saw the problem, but spent the day fixing it! The other company not only didn’t complete the AC correctly, they also did our new heater incorrectly! We have been heating & cooling the crawl space!! Thank you Mike & Anyzek for doing an outstanding job correcting these problems for us. Mike is an incredible technician, he went the extra mile & we are extremely grateful to him & Anyzek!
