I appreciate the fact that the same type of AC was installed with the exact measurements. And they did complete the install pretty quickly. The guys that did the install were very nice. However, the frame around the AC that was removed when my old AC unit was removed, was never put on with the new AC unit. So, it doesn't look finished or complete. I wish they would have put a frame around the new unit.

The young man who came to clean the furnace was on time, polite and informative, and we assume thorough.
Services have always been good. Customer service resp9nse excellent.

We recently sold our house and have used Anyzek for our oil delivery for a long time. All their techs including Eddie have been great. Courteous and friendly especially when delivering our oil making sure our dog was safely brought into the house when they arrived and making sure the gate was securely closed when they left.

Dann has been taking care of our heater for about 40 years. He is always courteous and professional during cleanings. I have the maintenance plan. He does great work and even replaced the motor twice. Everything is clean when he leaves. Dann gets an A+. In an emergency, they are prompt. I will continue to use them.

We have an annual contract with Anyzek. A great decision. We have used their service several times over the years often at early morning hours. The service they provide is exceptional. I don't have to worry about needing oil. It's taken care of automatically. This past year we needed a very expensive part for our heater. No problem, under our contract there was no additional cost to me. The office personnel are also very kind and customer oriented. They come to my house annually for a servicing (included in the contract) in the fall to make sure that we're ready for the upcoming winter. It's all good!

Fabulous experience with Anyzek services. Great friendly staff with highly skilled operators. We had our heating and cooling systems replaced by their technician Dan E. Very disappointed, they were called for heat not working came in fixed what they thought what needed fixing and left without checking if it actually works or not. Called them back that it was not fixed, showed up without calling which they said they will, no one was home, charged the credit card without authorization for another visit. Finally made the appointment to come back and they charged again. I have called and waited for more than a week now to hear back and still have not…..would not recommend.
