Very rude. Customer service is horrible. I scheduled an initial estimate appointment which I ended up canceling because of work schedule (law enforcement hours). The very next morning someone showed up at my door, unannounced. I told the guy I couldn’t stay for the estimate because I had something I needed to do at the time, he responded with a smart comment. Next morning I, called again to reschedule the estimate the lady was super rude and told me to take my business somewhere else because I had cancel the first time. This company doesn’t value new customer... please take your business somewhere else!!!
