The slot to put the correct size filter is too small for my new heater/air conditioner unit! Had to apply a quick-fix by trimming the filter by 1/8 inch on all sides. Dan is asking management what the best realistic fix would be without cutting the metal slot. Have yet to hear from Anyzek…

I just moved into a new property yesterday, and it was been a nightmare of a move. To top things off, the Central Air was not working and it was approaching 100 degrees. I knew I needed to act quickly and get something scheduled for the next day ASAP.

From the second they answered the phone, I knew I was going to be taken care of. The representative who answered the phone was so nice and accommodating. She couldn't guarantee a same-day service so we agreed on next day. To my surprise, she called me an hour later and said a tech was available! It was the best news I have heard all day.

They arrived promptly and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away, replaced the fuses and added freon, and fixed a switch. The bill was extremely competitively priced too! I couldn't recommend then enough!

My family has utilized Anyzek in the past, and until now, haven't needed their services. From the first phone to Kathy and Theresa in the office, to the prompt service call from Dan, there is no need to look any further for someone to replace our heater. Dan was so very kind, understanding, and most respectful...and so very knowledgeable! He explained everything perfectly, willing, without hesitation, to make everything easy to understand. When our AC broke during a heat wave, I called on a Monday morning and the tech was there within about an hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was courteous and professional.
