On a scale of 1 to 5 this team has earned a 5 with stars. The job was to replace a furnace which is no small task. For this project I received an estimate from a few contractors. With Ralphy's, they (Ronnie and co-worker) arrived on time and performed a detailed inspection prior to providing the estimate. Immediately I felt a sense of trustworthiness and coupled with all the other great reviews and price decided to make the hire. The job was not small. The guys worked diligently until completion as promised and according to schedule. What blew me away was that they (Ralphy and Ronnie) came back the following day just to ensure all continued well. My hats off to these guys. They are awesome.

Update: 6/2020- my ac wasn’t cooling well, I called Ralphy’s and they came by less than two hours later. Ralphy is a perfectionist and I totally trust his knowledge and expertise. He had me up and running again in no time. Ralphy’s is number 1

The temperature was almost 90 degrees and our 20 year old air conditioner finally stopped working. We called Ralphy in the morning and they were all at our house by noon and came back again later to fix the thermostat.
They worked quickly, reliably & efficiently & within a good price. Ralphy's business is among the best around.

Ralphy and Ronnie were great. My central air wasn't cooling. They were accommodating to my work schedule and came late in the evening. They did half the job that night which was the freon. Next day they came with the parts they needed to change my motor in the unit fan. Everything works great! Hey are very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Needed my ptac units replaced and called Ralphy’s for an estimate. They were very accommodating and were able to replace my two units within a few days. They are quick and efficient and allayed any fears I had dealing with contractors. Definitely would use them again as they made this such a seamless process.

The system in my home is old and had lots of issues. Ralphy came to assess everything and instead of trying to get me to spend thousands on a new system or a ton of work, he explained what was manditory vs what could wait. So far him and his son have been knowledgeable, professional, polite, clean and QUICK! I've had my boiler repaired and valves replaced on several radiators and everything works as it should. I highly recommend them!

My A/Cs weren't cooling down the house enough. I called Ralphy's after reading the reviews on Homeadvisor and here. They were prompt and arrived at my house in half an hour. Ralphy's is a father (Ralphy) and son (Ronnie) team. They were courteous and knowledgeable. It turned out that the A/Cs needed more R-22 freon, which they added. They also added some stop-leak for good measure. They gave me a small discount since I have two A/Cs and I called them directly. Price was fair considering my A/C's are pretty old. Ralphy even replaced some of the insulation that had worn off. He also gave me advice on how to maintain my A/Cs.

Ralph was highly recommended. I called him on late Sunday afternoon and he show up Monday 8:30am as promised. Price very reasonable. Tenant happy, Rent on time👍🏻

Fast and On time great service. Ronnie was awesome and provided great customer service. I was without heat for two days, they answered me and came same day 1 hour after. He was straight up and not trying to pull my leg from the start. Definitely Highly recommend using them.

Called this company based on their high ratings online and they didn’t disappoint. Quick response, honest guys & reasonable prices. Dealing with an old heating system, they could of easily told us we needed a whole new unit. Instead, they made two trips to South Plainfield (from union county) for parts and were still able to finish the job within 5-6 hours and the best part is my house is warm! Will use them in future jobs to come.
