Elizabeth Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned business that take pride in giving their customers quality service. They are also dependable, professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I recently got some work done on AC, and we were very pleased.

I called Ralphie at 7:30 AM this morning. He did not hesitate to take my information and gave me a timeframe right away. He arrived right on time, and he and his son immediately checked out what was going on. He told me what was needed to repair the heater. He gave me a reasonable price and then immediately started working. He explained how the heater worked so I could check to make sure all the meters and buttons were working if this problem ever happened again. He and his son were done in about 30 minutes and I had heat. His price was reasonable and payment was just as easy with the invoice via email. I would recommend his service to anyone. I will definitely be saving his number for all my heating needs. Thank you so much for the great service!

Ralph and his company are a class act. I have had work done by them on three occasions over the last 8-9 years and never regretted it. Ralph is honest, hard working and straight forward with no gimmicks. His pricing is always better than others and the parts he uses are top brands. The thoroughness and detail to hIs work is second to non and when he leaves, the fix is done and the place is clean. They are my go to guys for heating and AC needs. I urge you to get a quote and try them too.

My AC gave out and my guy who I usually go to wasn't available so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Ralphy was punctual, friendly and professional. While the price was a pretty penny it was fair even my regular guy said it was good. He was extremely informative and made sure any questions I had were addressed. He made sure I didn't pay a cent until I was happy with the result. I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future.. very very far future hopefully lol.
